A Course in Miracles: lesson 26: “My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability” If I perceive vulnerability that is an attack on myself. That I am separate from my true nature and my true abilities. Attack thoughts will be projected you will fear attack. Makes you vulnerable in your own mind. You always attack yourself first, which weakens you in your own eyes. You’ve attacked your perception of yourself and you can no longer believe in yourself.
Steps to figuring out: What is the lesson here? What am I supposed to learn? Step 1) Consider both the worst-case and best-case scenarios equally.
Step 2) Reflect on what you can learn from the situation and what the lesson is.
Step 3) Take the time to deal with any negative thoughts that arise and try to focus on more positive ones. You can try journaling, tapping, or reaching out to me for guidance.
Step 4) Come up with a plan to fix the situation, either through imagination or action.
Step 5) Rinse and Repeat.
