In this episode, we take stock of what appears to be the process of becoming authentic and living out of authentic love.
There are things in the world, and in the reality we created that lead us inward. We just have to look!
What are we really looking for? What is the way out of the fault reality? What is all this about? What is this podcast about?
In this episode, we look at how our life can be manifested through our authenticity.
The spiritual journey means opening up floodgates within you to view and examine the false reality that we place our self in
Does the false reality serve as soil for spiritual growth? Take a listen thanks.
In this episode, we revisit the theory of the three P's
The struggle with coming out of the matrix is, we often forget that there's something other than a false reality. Why do I keep doing podcast? To remind us of that!
We have shifted to a new format in the podcast. We will go weekly maybe twice a week. The reason why you will find in this episode. The question I pose is this. What does it mean to live a non-realistic life in a realistic world?
The spiritual journey is about constant change. Constantly coming to terms with who you truly are. Because of that, life circumstances and the way we perceive life changes. It’s all about changes!
There is a difference between being and doing. In the false reality, we identify ourselves with the doing. In our authentic state, we identify with being.
We are not built to live out of fight or flight. We are not built to live out of fear. But we have created a reality that tells us we live in fear. Thus our nervous systems are a mess. Take a listen thanks
We live in a world of institutions that we create out of our ignorance. This creates a blindness in the institution. A blindness to who we truly are.
What do we gain from finding our authenticity? Take a listen, thanks.
The goal of spirituality is not to become something different or other than we are. The goal is to find ourselves. When we find ourselves, then we find peace, joy, strength, and contentment.
In this episode, we look at the foundational meaning of finding meaning. We look at the fact that the spiritual journey is about understanding that we live in an illusion, and we must discover our true self.
The false reality is based in transactional behavior. That is to say, we barter for everything. Be it religion, economics, politics, needs and wants. We barter, we have become creatures of transaction, and that has kept us from our authentic self to some measure.
It sounds cliché however, what comes with a spiritual journey is a deep self appreciation. A deep like and a deep love for who you really are. Why? Because who you really are is love. And if who we really are is love, then we must love ourselves, if we’re practicing a healthy spirituality.
