Ca: Entre les ombres antigues de les ruïnes d’Empúries, un vent fred bufava des del mar proper.
En: Among the ancient shadows of the ruins of Empúries, a cold wind blew from the nearby sea.
Ca: L’Oriol caminava amb cura, amb la bufanda tibada al voltant del coll, mentre contemplava les pedres mil·lenàries.
En: Oriol walked carefully, with his scarf wrapped tightly around his neck, as he contemplated the millennia-old stones.
Ca: Era l’hivern, i l’aire sota el cel gris s'omplia de l'olor de la sal marina.
En: It was winter, and the air under the gray sky was filled with the scent of sea salt.
Ca: Avui, com en altres anys, esperava amb ganes el Nadal.
