Da: I Nyhavn var der en lille og hyggelig café.
En: In Nyhavn, there was a small and cozy café.

Da: Farverige bygninger omgav kanalen, og den kolde novembervind prikkede i luften.
En: Colorful buildings surrounded the canal, and the cold November wind prickled in the air.

Da: Midt i denne ramme drev Soren og Kirsten deres café, som de havde startet sammen for nogle år siden.
En: In the midst of this setting, Soren and Kirsten ran their café, which they had started together a few years ago.

Da: Soren var altid fuld af idéer.
En: Soren was always full of ideas.

Da: Han kunne mærke, at nye, sæsonbetonede retter kunne lokke flere kunder ind.
En: He felt that new, seasonal dishes could attract more customers.
