En: Sasha stood in the corner, observing the lively party.

Ru: Он недавно переехал в этот пригород и знал здесь немного людей.
En: He had recently moved to this suburb and knew few people here.

Ru: Комната была заполнена разговорами и смехом, а за окнами лежали золотые и красные листья, напоминая о наступившей осени.
En: The room was filled with conversations and laughter, and outside the windows lay golden and red leaves, reminding of the onset of autumn.

Ru: Поводом для вечеринки было новоселье у их общего друга, и в воздухе витало чувство чего-то нового.
En: The occasion for the party was a housewarming for their mutual friend, and there was a sense of something new in the air.

Ru: Саша держал стакан сока, чувствуя себя немного неуютно.
