En: In the light of Gauteng's college scene, where the scent of fresh spring blossoms filled the air, most students were focused on one thing: final exams.

En: There was a restless energy in the dormitory, especially in the common study room, where books and notes lay scattered.

En: Anika, a diligent student with a scholarship to maintain, sat at a corner table.

En: Her friend, driven to excel by pride and a little fear that she wasn't strong enough if she asked for help.

En: She often sat up late at night studying while her friends, Jaco and Thandi, laughed and interrupted each other.

En: Jaco was always friendly and full of jokes, and Thandi, with her calm demeanor, always offered a listening ear.

En: But Anika had become more isolated, determined to achieve success on her own.

En: Her goal was simple: she had to pass her final exams to keep her scholarship and self-respect.

En: As the weeks flew by, Anika could feel the tension building inside her.

En: Her study hours grew longer, her sleep shorter, and her stress levels higher.

En: She began to withdraw from communal meals and time with Jaco and Thandi, fearing she wouldn't have enough time to study.

En: One day, during a late-night study session in the dorm, something broke inside Anika.

En: "Anika, are you okay?"

En: he asked softly, concern in his voice.

En: Thandi had already stepped closer, her hand protectively on Anika's shoulder.

En: "It's okay to feel overwhelmed," she said reassuringly.

Af: "Ons is hier om te help.
