Story Transcript:

En: Radek and Klára were slowly ascending the old stone steps leading to Charles Bridge.

Cs: Nad nimi se klenula modrá obloha a stromy podél řeky Vltavy se pyšnily zlatými a rudými listy.
En: Above them, the blue sky arched, and the trees along the Vltava River boasted golden and red leaves.

Cs: Bylo podzimní odpoledne, a i když nebyl žádný sváteční den, most ožil turisty.
En: It was an autumn afternoon, and although it wasn't a holiday, the bridge was bustling with tourists.

Cs: Většina z nich se zastavovala, aby si udělala selfie s jednou z mnoha soch svatých.
En: Most of them stopped to take selfies with one of the many statues of saints.

Cs: Jiní si prohlíželi prodejce suvenýrů nebo si vychutnávali trdelník.
En: Others browsed the souvenir sellers or enjoyed a trdelník.

Cs: Radek byl plný nadšení.
En: Radek was full of enthusiasm.

Cs: "Dnes je ten den, Kláro!
En: "Today's the day, Klára!

En: Today, people will see how revolutionary our navigation system is," he said while holding a phone with their new app.

En: "Yes, Radek, but don't forget, we have to stay realistic.

Cs: Tvůj algoritmus má ještě své mouchy.
En: Your algorithm still has its kinks."

Cs: "Když dorazili na most, Radek začal oslovovat kolemjdoucí turisty.
En: When they arrived at the bridge, Radek started approaching passing tourists.

En: His passionate explanation of how their app works caught the attention of a group of young travelers from Germany.

En: "That sounds fun," said one of them and decided to download and use the app.

En: Klára watched as Radek beamed like a little boy with a toy, dreaming of how their business would thrive.

En: However, what was supposed to be a simple walk across the bridge transformed into a confusing journey.

Cs: Aplikace začala dávat pokyny, které vůbec nekorespondovaly s reálným terénem.
En: The app began to give instructions that didn't correspond to the real terrain.

En: "Turn left," said the voice from the mobile, but with smiles on their faces, the tourists found themselves tangled in a makeshift art installation.

Cs: Po chvíli zmatku to skupina přijala jako rozkošnou absurditu.
En: After a moment of confusion, the group embraced it as delightful absurdity.

En: Klára, who was observing the situation, decided to make use of her marketing talent.

Cs: "Nebojte se, to je...
