Story Transcript:

En: In the Tallinna Botaanikaaed, the last colors of autumn were shining as Kaisa and Mart took their steps.

En: They had a clear plan – to collect colorful leaves for a school project.

En: Kaisa was completely focused on the task, while Mart looked around, seeking fun.

Et: Kaisa vaatas ringi, uurides iga puu ja põõsa all.
En: Kaisa looked around, examining under every tree and bush.

Et: "Meil on vaja just punaseid ja kollaseid lehti," ütles Kaisa kindlameelselt.
En: "We need just red and yellow leaves," said Kaisa determinedly.

En: Mart nodded, but his attention was more captured by a peacock wandering around the garden.

En: The peacock was as bright as the feeling of autumn.

En: Suddenly, Kaisa noticed that the peacock started pecking at their collected leaves and then ran away with the loot in its mouth.

Et: "Ei, see on meie projekt!"
En: "No, that's our project!"

Et: hüüdis Kaisa, kuid Mart naeris häälega.
En: shouted Kaisa, but Mart laughed out loud.

Et: "Vaata, see lind mängib meiega!"
En: "Look, that bird is playing with us!"

En: said Mart, laughing, and started to chase the peacock.

Et: Ta ei võtnud asja väga tõsiselt.
En: He didn't take the matter very seriously.

En: Kaisa sighed but knew they couldn't finish their project without the leaves.

Et: "Me peame selle paabulinnu eemale meelitama," ütles Kaisa.
En: "We need to lure that peacock away," said Kaisa.

Et: Ta tõmbas taskust välja võileiva.
En: She pulled a sandwich out of her pocket.

Et: "Äkki saame teda selle abil ligi."
En: "Maybe we can tempt it with this."

Et: Mart jälgis, nägemata paabulindu hetkeks.
En: Mart watched, momentarily losing sight of the peacock.

En: But the bird was clever and agile, lurking in the shadows.

Et: Mart hakkas teda jälitama läbi värvikireva lehtmetsa.
En: Mart began chasing it through the colorful leaf forest.

En: Laughter and playful running filled the garden's quiet atmosphere.

En: Kaisa and Mart soon found themselves in a secret garden area.

En: It was full of magnificent and vibrant colors they had never seen before.

En: Beautiful red, orange, and golden leaves spread everywhere.

Et: "Näe, siin on just see, mida vajasime," ohkas Kaisa kergendatult.
En: "Look, here's exactly what we needed," sighed Kaisa with relief.

Et: Mängu järel olid...
