Story Transcript:

En: Kaur and Maarja walked slowly through Kadrioru Park.

Et: Oli hilissügis.
En: It was late autumn.

En: The last leaves of the trees were on the ground, forming a colorful carpet.

Et: Õhk oli karge ja taevas pilvine.
En: The air was crisp, and the sky was cloudy.

En: Kadrioru Park was a quiet and peaceful place where thoughts could wander freely.

En: Kaur looked at his sister, whom he loved.

En: He knew how difficult the past few months had been.

En: Their father had left the family, leaving them and their mother alone.

En: Maarja acted strong, but Kaur sensed that beneath the surface, there was hidden pain.

Et: Ta soovis, et Maarja tunnistaks seda.
En: He wished that Maarja would admit it.

En: "Look how beautiful it is here," said Kaur, trying to get his sister's attention.

En: "Yes, it is really beautiful here," she replied quickly.

Et: Kaur teadis, et see polnud ainult ilu, mida nad vajavad.
En: Kaur knew that it wasn't just beauty they needed.

Et: Neil oli tarvis üksteist.
En: They needed each other.

Et: Ta peatus ja vaatas Maarjat silma.
En: He stopped and looked Maarja in the eye.

Et: "Maarja, me peame rääkima.
En: "Maarja, we need to talk."

Et: "Maarja hingas sügavalt sisse.
En: Maarja took a deep breath.

Et: "Millest?
En: "About what?"

Et: " küsis ta, kuigi teadis vastust.
En: she asked, even though she knew the answer.

Et: "Isast," ütles Kaur otse.
En: "About dad," said Kaur directly.

En: "We can't pretend that everything is fine."

Et: "Maarja vaatas eemale, püüdes emotsioone varjata.
En: Maarja looked away, trying to hide her emotions.

Et: "Mul on kõik korras," kinnitas ta.
En: "I'm fine," she insisted.

Et: Kaur kuulis tema hääles murtud tooni.
En: Kaur heard the broken tone in her voice.

En: "Maarja, you don't have to be strong alone.

Et: Me oleme perekond.
En: We are family.

Et: Me peame üksteist toetama.
En: We need to support each other.

Et: Ema vajab meid mõlemaid.
En: Mom needs us both."

En: Maarja stopped, closed her eyes, and let the cold wind touch her face.

Et: Ta teadis, et Kauril oli õigus.
En: She knew Kaur was right.

Et: "Ma lihtsalt.
En: "I just...

En: I don't want anyone to see that I'm weak."

Et: "Kaur astus sammu lähemale.
En: Kaur stepped closer.

Et: "Vulnerability is not...
