Cy: Y tu ôl i lwyni blêr o golau addurnol, roedd marchnad Nadolig Caerdydd yn llawn dop o bobl yn cerdded rhwng y stondinau.
En: Behind a chaotic tangle of decorative lights, the Caerdydd Christmas market was packed with people walking between the stalls.

Cy: Teimlodd Rhian yr ailennill teimlad cyfarwydd o loes, yn gaeth o'r newydd i ofid am ei thad.
En: Rhian felt a familiar pang of grief resurface, once again trapped in sadness about her father.

Cy: Roedd gan Rhian gynlluniau i sicrhau bod ei thad, Gareth, yn profi Nadolig hyfryd.
En: Rhian had plans to ensure that her father, Gareth, would experience a wonderful Christmas.

Cy: Ond, ychydig wyddai hi am y storm oedd yn dod.
En: But, she knew little of the storm that was coming.

Cy: Gwelodd Rhian Gareth yn cerdded o’u blaenau, ei wyneb yn tywynnu dan olau’r farchnad, ond ar adegau gwelwyd cymylau tawel ar ei wyneb.
En: Rhian saw Gareth walking ahead of them, his face glowing under the market lights, but sometimes clouds of worry appeared on his face.

Cy: Gwenais i pan gwelais Eleri yn ymuno â'r dorf.
En: I smiled when I saw Eleri join the crowd.

Cy: Roedd Eleri yn ffrind wrth gefn ac yn ysbrydoliaeth.
En: Eleri was a steadfast friend and an inspiration.

Cy: Roedd hi'n cario’r fesur o hiwmor yr oedd Rhian yn ceisio dysgu.
En: She carried the measure of humor that Rhian was trying to learn.

Cy: "Dyma ni," meddai Gareth, codi ei lygaid i'r sêr plastig.
En: "Here we are," said Gareth, lifting his eyes to the plastic stars.

Cy: "Mae'n hyfryd, on'd ydy?
En: "It's beautiful, isn't it?"

Cy: " Roedd yn ceisio cadw'r gân yn wynfyd, ond roedd Rhian yn gwybod yn well.
En: He tried to keep the tune joyful, but Rhian knew better.

Cy: Roedd adar canu ger Eleri, yn gadael telynau o ganeuon Nadolig yn llenwi'r awyr.
En: There were birds singing near Eleri, leaving strains of Christmas songs filling the air.

Cy: Cafodd y sŵn ei dorri gan sŵn rhyfedd, trywanu drwy'r gimigrydd cyn iddi gyrru ffin i Rhian.
En: The sound was interrupted by a strange noise, piercing through the commotion before sending a chill to Rhian.

Cy: "Tad?
En: "Dad?"

Cy: " meddai mewn pryder.
En: she said in concern.

Cy: Roedd Gareth wedi colli ei gydbwysedd yn sydyn, yn dymchwel yn erbyn stondin agosaf.
En: Gareth had suddenly lost his balance, collapsing against the nearest stall.

Cy: Arhosodd pob symudiad, cau'r llwybrau addurno.
En: Every movement stopped, closing the decorative walkways.

Cy: Dychrynllyd oedd Rhian.
En: Rhian was terrified.

Cy: Galwodd y bàl am help, ei meddwl yn brwydro rhwng parhau gyda'u trefniadau neu newid iddi mewn amser byr.
En: She called for help, her mind battling between continuing with their plans or changing them in a short time.

Cy: Doedd unrhyw gynllun perffaith ddim yn bwysig mwyach.
En: Any perfect plan was no longer important.

Cy: Daeth Eleri at ei hochr, gan annog Rhian.
En: Eleri came to her side, encouraging Rhian.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni gadw'n dawel," meddai Eleri, llynu dwylo Gareth.
En: "We must stay calm," said Eleri, clutching Gareth's hands.

Cy: Daeth dyn yn roi cymorth cyntaf, yn cymell y dorf i ofod.
En: A man came to provide first aid, urging the crowd to give them space.

Cy: Gwelodd Rhian ei thad yn ei anadlu'n ddofn ac mewn poen, ond yn fyw.Show more...

Cy: Roedd bore oer o Ionawr yn gorchuddio'r ardal breswyl gyda gŵs o eira.
En: It was a cold January morning covering the residential area with a blanket of snow.

Cy: Roedd y rhew yn sgleinio ar y llawr, fel pe bai'r byd wedi ei blwc ag amdo o wydr.
En: The frost glistened on the ground, as if the world had been wrapped in a dome of glass.

Cy: Yn nhŷ bach cyfforddus Gareth a Carys, roedd hi'n amser dweud hwyl fawr wrth y tymor Dolig a chamu ymlaen i’r Flwyddyn Newydd.
En: In tŷ bach the cozy home of Gareth and Carys, it was time to bid farewell to the Christmas season and step forward into the New Year.

Cy: Roedd ystafell fyw eu cartref yn orlawn ac anniben, gyda olion calonog o ŵyl y Nadolig wedi gwasgaru.
En: The living room of their home was cluttered and messy, with cheerful remnants of the Christmas festival scattered about.

Cy: Roedd y golau twinkle yn dal i lapio o gwmpas y goeden Nadolig fawr a oedd yn gorwedd ar y llawr.
En: The twinkling lights still wrapped around the big Christmas tree that lay on the floor.

Cy: “Amser i symud hyn allan,” meddai Gareth â gwen gyfarwydd.
En: “Time to move this out,” said Gareth with a familiar smile.

Cy: Roedd ei eiddgarwch fel tywydd heulog yn hydref.
En: His eagerness was like sunny weather in autumn.

Cy: "Mae angen i ni gael gwared o hon er mwyn gwneud lle ar gyfer ein haddunedau newydd," ychwanegodd Gareth, yn llawn hyder na fyddai dim problem.
En: "We need to get rid of this to make room for our new resolutions," added Gareth, full of confidence that there would be no problem.

Cy: Fodd bynnag, roedd y goeden Nadolig yn sefyll yn herio adnoddau'r dyn.
En: However, the Christmas tree stood challenging the man’s resources.

Cy: “Sut rydym ni'n mynd i'w symud hi allan o'r tŷ?” gofynnodd Carys, yn synhwyro camau peryglus dros nesaf.
En: “How are we going to get it out of the house?” Carys asked, sensing dangerous steps ahead.

Cy: "Efallai gallwn ei throi i'r ochr," awgrymodd Gareth, yn dechrau meddiannu rôl arweinydd optimistaidd.
En: "Maybe we can turn it to the side," suggested Gareth, starting to occupy the role of optimistic leader.

Cy: Carys, sy’n ystyriol ac yn bwyllog, awgrymodd wneud pethau'n rhwyddach trwy docio rhai o'r canghennau i wneud siâp culach.
En: Carys, who is thoughtful and cautious, suggested making things easier by trimming some of the branches to create a narrower shape.

Cy: Wrth i Gareth fentro ceisio ei ddechneg egnïol, camesgodd y goeden mewn sgìl a sialens sapian coed yn sydyn.
En: As Gareth ventured to try his energetic technique, the tree shifted awkwardly and challenged the woodcutter's skills suddenly.

Cy: Mae canlyniadau fel pli gollyngwn, Gwenodd Carys a gynhyrchodd pwythau methiant celwyddog, mewn llwch o nodau Nadolig.
En: The results were like a dropped dish, Carys smiled and produced stitches of a false failure, in a cloud of Christmas notes.

Cy: "Mae hi yma yn awgrymiant, Gareth," dywedodd Carys mewn ton bwyllog, "mae angen i ni wneud cynllun cyn gweithredu."
En: “It’s here as a suggestion, Gareth," said Carys in a calm tone, "we need to plan before we act."

Cy: Yn araf, dechreuodd tynnu'r canghennau allanol, gan newid wyneb y broblem.
En: Slowly, she began to remove the outer branches, altering the face of the problem.

Cy: Pan ddaeth y goeden i mewn i siâp newydd, defnyddiwyd y drws a’i syniadau hudol yn gynnil...

Cy: Roedd eira yn dillad gwyn ar strydoedd Caerdydd, a dail caled, oer y gaeaf yn canu wrth bontio rhwng y flwyddyn hen a’r newydd.
En: Snow was like a white garment on the streets of Caerdydd, with the harsh, cold leaves of winter singing as they bridged the old year and the new.

Cy: Ar drothwy’r flwyddyn newydd, roedd preswylwyr y gymdogaeth yn dal i fwynhau goleuadau Nadolig sy'n hongian o’r tai.
En: On the eve of the new year, the neighborhood's residents continued to enjoy the Christmas lights hanging from the houses.

Cy: Yn y cyffiniau, safai coeden dderw hynafol mewn parc bach, gan wyro’n urddasol dros y lawnt fechan.
En: Nearby, an ancient oak tree stood in a small park, majestically bending over the small lawn.

Cy: Yn y gymdogaeth hon, roedd Gwynn, ieuenctid angerddol gyda chalon fawr ar gyfer cymuned a natur.
En: In this neighborhood lived Gwynn, a passionate youth with a big heart for the community and nature.

Cy: Roedd Gwynn wedi dysgu bod y goeden dderw ar fin cael ei thorri i wneud lle ar gyfer datblygiad newydd.
En: Gwynn had learned that the oak tree was about to be cut down to make space for new development.

Cy: Roedd hyn yn drychineb i Gwynn—lle bu’r goeden yn gweithredu fel symbol o hanes ac ysbryd cymunedol i’r ardal.
En: This was a disaster for Gwynn—where the tree had acted as a symbol of history and community spirit for the area.

Cy: "Ni allwn ganiatáu iddo ddigwydd," meddai Gwynn wrth ei ffrind agos, Mared.
En: "We can't let it happen," said Gwynn to his close friend, Mared.

Cy: Mae Mared yn ffrind ymarferol a medrus wrth ddeilio â phroblemau, yn aml yn helpu Gwynn gyda'i brosiectau.
En: Mared is a practical and skilled friend when it comes to dealing with problems, often helping Gwynn with his projects.

Cy: Roedd y syniad o weld y goeden yn diflannu yn crwydro meddwl Mared hefyd, ac am y tro cyntaf, teimlai awydd am weithredu.
En: The idea of seeing the tree vanish also roamed Mared's mind, and for the first time, she felt the urge to act.

Cy: "Beth am ddangos ein gwrthwynebiad?
En: "How about we show our opposition?"

Cy: " awgrymodd Mared.
En: suggested Mared.

Cy: "Gallwn ni drefnu protest a chasglu llofnodion ar ddeiseb.
En: "We can organize a protest and gather signatures on a petition."

Cy: "Heb oedi, dechreuodd y ddau wneud cynlluniau.
En: Without delay, the two began making plans.

Cy: Cyfarfododd Gwynn gyda thrigolion eraill i esbonio pwysigrwydd y goeden wrth iddynt ysgub ar grysau gwau a hetiau cynnes.
En: Gwynn met with other residents to explain the importance of the tree as they swept on warm knitted sweaters and hats.

Cy: Dros nos, roedd gair am eu cynllun yn lledaenu trwy’r gymdogaeth fel gwynt miniog y gaeaf.
En: Overnight, word of their plan spread through the neighborhood like the sharp winter wind.

Cy: Fe wnaethent addo cwrdd ger y goeden ar fore’r datgymal, dylid hi gael ei chodi.
En: They promised to meet by the tree on the morning it was to be taken down.

Cy: Cyrhaeddodd y bore difaolaeth.
En: The fateful morning arrived.

Cy: Roedd yr haul gaeafol yn codi'n araf.
En: The winter sun rose slowly.

Cy: Tan Gwynn a Mared a phawb arall.
En: Gwynn, Mared, and everyone else were ready.

Cy: Sefyllfa dawel gyda siarad bas ac ysbiwng.
En: A quiet situation filled with soft chatter and anticipation.

Cy: Ar ddiwrnod oer o aeaf, roedd Gareth a Cerys yn cerdded o amgylch Castell Caerdydd.
En: On a cold winter's day, Gareth and Cerys were walking around Cardiff Castle.

Cy: Roedd y twrâu cerrig a'r waliau hanesyddol wedi'u claddu â haen denau o rew sy'n disgleirio o dan haul wan y prynhawn.
En: The stone towers and historic walls were buried under a thin layer of ice that shimmered under the weak afternoon sun.

Cy: Roedd y castell yn brysur gyda thwristiaid, pob un yn edrych ymlaen at wrandaw ar hanesion cymhellol.
En: The castle was busy with tourists, each one looking forward to listening to compelling stories.

Cy: Wrth iddyn nhw gerdded trwy'r giât fawr, clywodd Gareth lais uchel yn cyhoeddi dechrau taith o amgylch y castell.
En: As they walked through the large gate, Gareth heard a loud voice announcing the start of a tour around the castle.

Cy: Doedd ganddo ef na Cerys ddim cynlluniau clir ar gyfer y diwrnod, felly penderfynon nhw ymuno â'r criw i weld beth oedd yn digwydd.
En: Neither he nor Cerys had clear plans for the day, so they decided to join the group to see what was happening.

Cy: "Felly, dyma ni yn ystafell baned yr Arglwydd Snooty," dechreuodd Gareth yn sydyn, gan addasu ei lais i swnio'n bwysicach na'r tywysydd go iawn.
En: "So, here we are in Lord Snooty's tea room," Gareth suddenly started, adjusting his voice to sound more important than the actual guide.

Cy: Cerys rwytrodd wrthi i gyfeirio sylw'r twristiaid at Gareth, gan gamu ochr yn ochr ag ef.
En: Cerys joined in to divert the tourists' attention to Gareth, stepping alongside him.

Cy: "Ymadawodd y Frenhines Elizabeth yma," ychwanegodd Cerys, ei llygad yn tynnu winc at Gareth, gwybod nad oedd y datganiad yn gywir, ond pysgota am ychwanegiadau mwy gwallgof.
En: "Queen Elizabeth departed from here," added Cerys, casting a wink at Gareth, knowing the statement wasn't true but fishing for even more outrageous additions.

Cy: Gydag ail reddf, a gyda'r twristiaid yn gwrando'n astud, aeth Gareth ymlaen.
En: With quick instincts, and with the tourists listening intently, Gareth continued.

Cy: "Ie, ac wrth gwrs, roedd Gandalf arfer a bod yn was i'r castell. Roedd yn gweithio gyda'r gour.Sheep Ista," cyhoeddodd, ei wyneb yn llawn o gampwri.
En: "Yes, and of course, Gandalf used to be a servant of the castle. He worked with the gour.Sheep Ista," he proclaimed, his face full of mischief.

Cy: Roedd y twristiaid yn edrych ar ei gilydd, yn pendroni am y gwirionedd.
En: The tourists looked at each other, wondering about the truth.

Cy: Ond roedd eu diciau yn awgrymu eu bod nhw'n mwynhau'r stori.
En: But their smiles suggested they were enjoying the story.

Cy: Un twristiaidd a gododd ei law.
En: One tourist raised his hand.

Cy: "Beth am y clwb tenis tanddaearol?" gofynnodd.
En: "What about the underground tennis club?" he asked.

Cy: "Mae'n wir!" atebodd Gareth heb flincio.
En: "It's true!" answered Gareth without blinking.

Cy: "Mae'n un o'r clwbiau tenis mwyaf enwog yn Ewrop. Fe'i sefydlwyd gan y Tuduriaid i gadw'n gynnes yn ystod y gaeaf. Ac maen nhw'n dal i drefnu cystadlaethau rheolaidd."
En: "It is one of the most famous tennis clubs in Europe. It was established by the Tudors to stay warm during the winter. And they still organize regular tournaments."

Cy: Ar wawr o flwyddyn newydd, mae Bwganod yr Haul yn tywynnu'n gryf dros Fae Caerdydd.
En: At the dawn of a new year, the Bwganod yr Haul shine brightly over Cardiff Bay.

Cy: Ar noson o ddisgleirio a dathlu, mae Branwen, newyddgofyniadur sy'n chwilfrydig a phenderfynol, yn crwydro'r dorf lawen gyda ffrindiau.
En: On a night filled with sparkle and celebration, Branwen, a curious and determined newcomer, roams through the joyful crowd with friends.

Cy: Mae'r golygfeydd yn gynefino: goleuadau'n fflachio ar yr wyneb dwbl o ddŵr, sŵn chwerthin a chân yn ymledu drwy'r awyr oer o'r gauaf.
En: The scenes are familiar: lights flashing on the mirrored surface of the water, sounds of laughter and song spreading through the cold winter air.

Cy: Wrth gerdded heibio ardal y theatr, mae Branwen yn taro mewn i Owain, ffotograffydd lleol gydag un lygaid ar y lens a’r llall ar y digwyddiadau.
En: While walking past the theater district, Branwen bumps into Owain, a local photographer with one eye on the lens and the other on the events.

Cy: Roedd Owain, wedi ei amgylchynu gan liwiau'r ddinas, yn dal yr eiliadau hyfryd ar ei gamera, yn chwilio am y union ongl sy'n dal calon y pethau.
En: Owain, surrounded by the colors of the city, captures the beautiful moments on his camera, searching for the perfect angle that encapsulates the heart of things.

Cy: "Dw i'n ymddiheuro," meddai Branwen, yn gwenu ar y bachyn o ing.
En: "I'm sorry," said Branwen, smiling with a hint of embarrassment.

Cy: Mae Owain yn edrych i fyny o'i gwaith, yn gweld mwy na dim ond wyneb newydd; mae'n gweld awchod o chwilfrydedd.
En: Owain looks up from his work, seeing more than just a new face; he sees a vortex of curiosity.

Cy: "Dim problem," atebodd Owain.
En: "No problem," replied Owain.

Cy: "Dw i’n synnwyr artistig fy hun—ti’n golygu bod dy stori?"
En: "I've got an artistic sense of my own—do you mean your story?"

Cy: Branwen yn edrych arno, chwilfrydig am y ffotograffydd sy'n medru defnyddio geiriau fel delweddau.
En: Branwen looks at him, curious about the photographer who can use words like images.

Cy: Gyda'r sgwrs sy'n llifo'n esmwyth fel yr afon argaeol, maent yn dechrau rhannu eu hoffterau a'u storïau eu hunain.
En: As their conversation flows smoothly like a river, they begin to share their interests and their own stories.

Cy: Owain yn sôn am leoliadau lle mae'r golau'n cyd-fynd â'r dŵr, a Branwen yn hwylio yn ei byd o ddiffygion newyddion a straeon sydd heb eu darganfod.
En: Owain talks about locations where the light matches the water, and Branwen sails in her world of news gaps and untold stories.

Cy: Mae Branwen, yn teimlo'r ysbryd newydd yr oedd hi’n chwilio amdano, yn gwahodd Owain i rannu'r nos gyda hi.
En: Feeling the new spirit she had been searching for, Branwen invites Owain to share the evening with her.

Cy: Nid gyda syniad o wneud cyfeillgarwch cyflym, ond gyda chyfle i fod yn rhan o rywbeth mwy.
En: Not with the idea of making a quick friendship, but with the opportunity to be part of something more.

Cy: Wrth i'r oriau basio, mae'r ddau yn dod o hyd i ysbrydoliaeth ac arwain eu hunain i fan uchaf lle'r làn yw prydferthffurf y bae.
En: As the hours pass, the two find inspiration and lead themselves to the highest point where the beauty of the bay is at its peak.

Cy: "Dyma'r pwynt gorau," meddai Owain gan edrych dros y nofiadd y dŵr a...

Cy: Yng nghanol gaeaf, wrth i eira feddalu'r ddaear las, cerddodd Dylan yn ofalus tuag at Uned Seiciatrig Dyffryn Clydach.
En: In the middle of winter, as the snow softened the green earth, Dylan walked carefully toward the Uned Seiciatrig Dyffryn Clydach.

Cy: Roedd ei galon yn pwlsio'n gyflym, dan bwysau'r teimladau o euogrwydd a'i ymdrech i ailgysylltu â'i chwaer, Ffion.
En: His heart was pulsing quickly, under the weight of feelings of guilt and his attempt to reconnect with his sister, Ffion.

Cy: Roedd yn fis Ionawr, ac roedd dewrder y flwyddyn newydd yn ysgogi newid.
En: It was January, and the courage of the new year was motivating change.

Cy: Pan gyrhaeddodd y ward, croesawodd Gwyneth, nyrs lwyddiannus a chyfaill caredig i Dylan a Ffion, ef â gwên gynnes.
En: When he arrived at the ward, Gwyneth, a successful nurse and a kind friend to Dylan and Ffion, welcomed him with a warm smile.

Cy: "Sut mae, Dylan?" meddai Gwyneth.
En: "How are you, Dylan?" said Gwyneth.

Cy: "Rwy'n credu bod y diwrnod hwn yn gyflwr perffaith i chi a Ffion."
En: "I believe this day is a perfect opportunity for you and Ffion."

Cy: "Wel," meddai Dylan, ei lais yn anisgwyl o nerfus.
En: "Well," said Dylan, his voice unexpectedly nervous.

Cy: "Dw i am brynu anrheg. Rhywbeth arbennig ar gyfer y flwyddyn newydd..."
En: "I want to buy a gift. Something special for the new year..."

Cy: Gwyneth nodiodd yn bositif.
En: Gwyneth nodded positively.

Cy: "Yn wir? Mae 'na siop anrhegion bach islaw. Gad i mi helpu."
En: "Really? There's a little gift shop downstairs. Let me help."

Cy: Y siop anrhegion yn y ward oedd hudolus.
En: The gift shop in the ward was enchanting.

Cy: Cafodd ei oleuo gan ffilament aur a chandlysau bach oedd yn creu cynhesrwydd sydd yn ymdoddi i unrhyw galon.
En: It was lit by golden filament and small candles that created a warmth capable of melting any heart.

Cy: Roedd Dylan yn teimlo bod hyn yn fan lle gallai gwasanaethu achos ei hiraeth.
En: Dylan felt that this was a place where he could serve the cause of his longing.

Cy: "A allwch chi feddwl am rywbeth sydd yn gallu cefnogi Ffion?" gofynnodd Dylan, ei llais yn llawn gobaith ac ofn ar yr un pryd.
En: "Can you think of something to support Ffion?" asked Dylan, his voice filled with hope and fear at the same time.

Cy: Buodd Gwyneth yn myfyrio.
En: Gwyneth pondered.

Cy: "Cofia pan roedd Ffion yn caru ysgrifennu?
En: "Remember when Ffion loved to write?

Cy: Mae dyddiadur a phethau lliwgar yma.
En: There's a diary and colorful things here.

Cy: Gallai hynny fod yn berffaith, i annog ei mynegiant creadigol."
En: That might be perfect to encourage her creative expression."

Cy: Cytunodd Dylan, teimlad o lygedyn parch wedi ei adfywio yn ei lygaid.
En: Dylan agreed, a flicker of renewed respect in his eyes.

Cy: "Dyna'r un," meddai gyda sefydlogrwydd newydd.

Cy: Yna, cododd y dyddiadur a'r pennau sydd oedd yn amryliw fel dail lliwgar ar goeden bythwyrdd.
En: Then he picked up the diary and the pens that were as multicolored as the leaves on an evergreen tree.

Cy: Mae'r dyddiadau hir yn y ward seiciatrig yn ymestyn fel cysgod hir, yn enwedig wrth i'r gaeaf gylchdroi yn ddibris, ac eira'n gwisgo'r ardal â'i datws gwyn disglair.
En: The long days in the psychiatric ward stretch like a long shadow, especially as winter circles drearily, with snow dressing the area in its bright white potatoes.

Cy: Dim ond ysgafn yw'r golau y tu hwnt i'r ffenestri barllyd, ac ysbryd cynnil sy'n trin straen ar fywyd y tu mewn.
En: The light beyond the barred windows is faint, and a subtle spirit imposes stress on life inside.

Cy: Mae Gareth, yn bendant ac ansicr, yn eistedd ar gornel wal fan bellaf y stafell fawr, lle mae'r sesiwn therapi grŵp wedi dechrau'n bwyllog.
En: Gareth, both determined and uncertain, sits in the farthest corner of the large room, where the group therapy session has quietly started.

Cy: Mae'n awyddus i gymryd rhan ond mae ei ofn yn dal cryf.
En: He is eager to participate, but his fear still holds strong.

Cy: Er llesaint, mae Rhian, y nyrs sy'n gofalu'n ddyfal, yn ddi-baid yn edrych am ffordd i'w sicrhau ac i greu cysylltiad â phob un ohonynt.
En: Fortunately, Rhian, the nurse who diligently cares, is constantly looking for a way to reassure him and to create a connection with each one of them.

Cy: Er mwyn gwneud i'r noson deimlo'n fwy cartrefol, mae goleuadau ar ffurf copaon ser yn hongian uwchben.
En: To make the evening feel more homely, lamps shaped like star peaks hang overhead.

Cy: Mae Eira, yn eistedd yn gyflym ar bwrdd gyda thafod a llygadau sy'n twyllo'n haul, yn awyddus i fynd allan i'r byd mawr sydd wedi'i guddio o amgylch y muriau.
En: Eira, seated quickly at a table with a deceptive tongue and eyes that deceive like the sun, is eager to go out to the big world hidden around the walls.

Cy: Mae hi'n breuddwydio am ryddid, am ddianc i'n byd newydd.
En: She dreams of freedom, of escaping to a new world.

Cy: Ond y tu mewn, mae Gareth yn ceisio adnabod gwrthdroi eu hymdrechion di-dor tuag at wella.
En: But inside, Gareth tries to understand their tireless efforts towards healing.

Cy: Mae sesiynau therapi fel hyn yn dyddiol.
En: Sessions like this are daily.

Cy: Maen nhw'n ceisio ein tynnu ni ymlaen mewn ffordd ddifrifol y mae ei gofynnoldeb yn aml yn diddiwedd am, "Pam dydw i'n methu teimlo'n well eto?
En: They try to pull us forward in a serious way that often demands endlessly, "Why can't I feel better yet?"

Cy: "Ar Ddydd Calan di-drefnus, y lleuad yn disgleirio'n oeraidd dros naws y lleoliad, mae'r sesiwn yn dechrau gyda thawelwch byr.
En: On a disorganized New Year's Day, with the moon shining coldly over the atmosphere of the location, the session begins with a brief silence.

Cy: Mae Rhian yn annog gyda'i llais praff a'i phenderfyniad: "Beth am rhannu rhywbeth heddiw, rywbeth sy'n eich cadw'n lleddf?
En: Rhian encourages with her brisk voice and determination: "How about sharing something today, something that keeps you eased?"

Cy: " Mae llygad Gareth yn gwanhau, ond mae'n dal ei gynhesrwydd yn ôl.
En: Gareth's eyes waver, but he holds back his warmth.

Cy: Mae'r un mor faledig a dawel rhyngddynt pan mae'r awydd o ryddid yn morthwylio.
En: There is an equally muted and quiet moment among them when the desire for freedom hammers.

Cy: "Beth sy'n eich dal chi yn ôl, Gareth?
En: "What holds you back, Gareth?"

Cy: " Mae Rhian yn gofyn, symud...

En: The bell rang at the door, and Gareth stood outside the police station in Cardiff.

Cy: Roedd yn dal i lenwi â chyffro, er bod bore'r Flwyddyn Newydd yn codi gerfydd y dydd.
En: He was still filled with excitement, despite the New Year's morning rising on the day.

Cy: Roedd y dŵr tawdd o'r eira tynnwyd i mewn i'r orsaf, gan greu siâp o batrwm gwlyb ar y llawr.
En: The melted water from the snow got inside the station, creating a pattern of wet shapes on the floor.

Cy: Roedd golau llachar y goleuadau fflworoleuol yn bownsio oddi ar y lleithder, yn ychwanegu at y naws ddifrifol.
En: The bright light of the fluorescent lamps bounced off the moisture, adding to the serious atmosphere.

Cy: "Ai chi yw Gareth?
En: "Are you Gareth?"

Cy: " holodd Eleri, yr heddwas, yn codi ei golwg o bentwr o bapurau.
En: asked Eleri, the police officer, looking up from a pile of papers.

Cy: "Ydw, mam!
En: "Yes, ma'am!"

Cy: " atebodd Gareth, gyda gwên ar ei wyneb.
En: replied Gareth, with a smile on his face.

Cy: "Rwyf yma i adrodd am ddraig sydd wedi cael ei ddwyn.
En: "I'm here to report a dragon that's been stolen.

Cy: Mae'n statws arbennig iawn.
En: It has very special status."

Cy: " Dywed Rhys, oedd yn sefyll ochr-yn-ochr â Gareth, yn ysgwyd ei ben ychydig.
En: Rhys, who was standing alongside Gareth, shook his head slightly.

Cy: "Iawn, mae'n stori hir," meddai Rhys, yn drueni am ei ffrind.
En: "Okay, it's a long story," said Rhys, feeling sorry for his friend.

Cy: "Mae draig wedi cael ei dwyn?
En: "A dragon has been stolen?"

Cy: " holodd Eleri hebddim yn orfuddorol cnocio er ei thraivaniadau, a dal i drefnu papurau.
En: asked Eleri, not overly perturbed by her daily routine, and still organizing papers.

Cy: "Ydw, mae draig wedi cael ei dwyn," dywedodd Gareth, yn pwysleisio'r pwysigrwydd.
En: "Yes, a dragon has been stolen," Gareth said, emphasizing the importance.

Cy: "Ond nid dim ond unrhyw ddraig!
En: "But not just any dragon!

Cy: Mae'r un yma yn hudol, gyda chynhysgaeth o bwerau na ellir eu hesbonio.
En: This one is magical, with a legacy of powers that cannot be explained."

Cy: " Roedd Eleri yn siglo ei phenglog, yn gwybod bod pen-blwydd arall wedi ymweld â'r orsaf gyda stori anhygoel.
En: Eleri shook her head, knowing that yet another birthday had visited the station with an incredible story.

Cy: "Pa fath o bwerau mae'n siarad am?
En: "What kind of powers is he talking about?"

Cy: " Gareth cwrddodd â'i llygaid â llwynog o ddifrif: "Mae'n cael grym roi bywyd i bethau na fyddai'n symud fel arall!
En: Gareth met her eyes with serious intent: "It has the power to give life to things that wouldn't move otherwise!"

Cy: " Roedd Rhys yn edrych ar ei ffrind, a mwy anelu at deimlo'n gyfarwydd.
En: Rhys looked at his friend, more inclined to feel familiar.

Cy: Yn ei law Gareth, roedd dal gafael mewn papur rhwystro - map trysor wedi'i dynnu yn dlotus.
En: In Gareth's hand, he still held a crumpled paper—a treasure map drawn in haste.

Cy: Tynnodd Gareth y papur allan yn wyllt, yn chwifio o flaen Eleri.
En: Gareth pulled out the paper eagerly, waving it in front of Eleri.

En: "What about sharing what you did last night? Maybe that will help us find the gift," suggested Carys.

Cy: Esboniodd Geraint sut ar nos Galan mae popeth wedi cymryd tro swnllyd, roedd ei gŵn bach, Macsen, yn rhedeg o gwmpas yn hapus gyda'r bocs mawr—y bocs anrheg!
En: Geraint explained how on New Year's Eve everything went a bit wild, his little dog, Macsen, was happily running around with the big box—the gift box!

Cy: Roedd Geraint wedi bachu'r bocs a gosod i lawr, yn meddwl ei fod yn saff.
En: Geraint had grabbed the box and set it down, thinking it was safe.

Cy: "Macsen hoffi rhocedau Roman?" gofynnodd Carys yn chwerthin.
En: "Macsen likes Roman candles?" asked Carys, laughing.

Cy: Dyna pryd y tarodd yr syniad Pawr i Eira a Carys.
En: That's when the idea struck both Eira and Carys.

Cy: "A oeddet ti'n ceisio cuddio'r anrheg o flaen Macsen?" gofynnodd Eira, ei synnwyr wilns yn ticio.
En: "Were you trying to hide the gift from Macsen?" asked Eira, her intuition clicking.

En: Carys was very excited to introduce Harri to her family for the new year, but dark clouds were strengthening their presence overhead.

En: The weather was turning dangerously cold, and the flow of people was dwindling.

Cy: Roedd hyn yn drafferth i fusnes Rhys.
En: This was troubling for Rhys's business.

Cy: “O, Rhys,” meddai Eira gyda chrynodiad.
En: "Oh, Rhys," said Eira with concentration.

Cy: “Beth pe bai ni'n gweithio gyda'n gilydd? Gallwn ddefnyddio fy mhacio eco-gyfeillgar gyda'ch teganau i greu anrhegion unigryw.”
En: "What if we worked together? We could use my eco-friendly packaging with your toys to create unique gifts."

En: The crowd, which had lost interest, was drawn back by their creativity.

Cy: Dechreuodd y bobl gasglu, yn gwylio wrth i Rhys esbonio'r broses o wneud y teganau, tra bod Eira yn rhannu straeon am y ffyngau rhyfeddol a ddefnyddiodd ar gyfer y pacio.
En: People began to gather, watching as Rhys explained the process of making the toys, while Eira shared stories about the remarkable mushrooms she used for the packaging.

Cy: Roedd y cyffro'n heintus.
En: The excitement was contagious.

Cy: Yn sydyn, roedd gwerthiant Rhys yn ffrwydro.

Cy: Aneirin, Eira, a Gruffydd oedd yno, wedi cuddio rhag y tywydd gaeafol y tu allan.
En: Aneirin, Eira, and Gruffydd were there, hiding from the wintry weather outside.

Cy: Roedd Aneirin yn edrych ar ei lawysgrifau, ei frwdfrydedd cudd dan bechod o pendantrwydd.

Cy: Dymunai i'r cyflwyniad ddod yn berffaith, a dim ond hynny.
En: He wished for the presentation to be perfect, and nothing less.

Cy: Serch hynny, roedd ganddo gyffro arall, oedd methu dweud wrth Eira ei fod wedi ei charu ers amser hir.
En: However, he also had another excitement, unable to tell Eira he had loved her for a long time.

Cy: "Rydych chi'n gwybod, mae'r dylunio'n edrych yn wych," meddai Eira wrth Aneirin, tra'n ychwanegu liw i'w dangos ar y sgrin.
En: "You know, the design looks great," Eira said to Aneirin while adding color to their display on the screen.

Cy: "Yn y gornel, roedd Gruffydd yn newid rhyw derfynell ar ei gliniadur.
En: In the corner, Gruffydd was adjusting some terminal on his laptop.

Cy: Roedd ei chadw'n eithriadol o lendai, fel technegydd galluog newydd ei dyrchafu sydd yn llawn ansicrwydd am ei ddyletswyddau newydd.
En: He kept it exceptionally organized, like a newly promoted technician full of uncertainty about his new duties.

Cy: "Mae'n edrych yn dda i mi," atebodd Gruffydd, ceisio ymddangos yn ddihyder ynglŷn â'r dechnoleg.
En: "It looks good to me," replied Gruffydd, trying to appear confident about the technology.

Cy: Ond roedd hefyd yn gwrando ar yr holl sgwrs, yn gwybod bod angen mwy ohono o gefnogaeth y tîm.
En: But he was also listening to the entire conversation, knowing he needed more support from the team.

Cy: Pan oedd pob un yn gweithio yn dawedog, torrodd y goleuadau'n sydyn - trydan wedi mynd.
En: As they all worked silently, the lights suddenly went out - the electricity had gone.

Cy: Dechreuodd panig yn cochni ar wynebau'r tîm.
En: Panic started to flush the team's faces.

Cy: Fodd bynnag, nid oedd amser i oedi.
En: However, there was no time to pause.

Cy: Roeddent yn gweithio â'n gilydd, annog ac yn meithrin cyswllt â'i gilydd.
En: They worked together, encouraging and fostering communication with each other.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni weithio'n gyflym," meddai Aneirin, arwain y tîm i gofio gynialedd a chyfnewid problemau.
En: "We need to work quickly," said Aneirin, leading the team to recall resilience and problem-solving.

En: Carys and Rhian were with Gareth, sitting at the foot of the old oak tree, while they planned their New Year's Eve celebration.

Cy: "Bydd hi'n anhygoel!"
En: "It will be amazing!"

Cy: Roedd Carys yn cnoi ei gwefusau.
En: Carys bit her lips.

Cy: "Ydy hynny'n ddiogel?" gofynnodd hi, ei llais yn bryderus.
En: "Is that safe?" she asked, her voice anxious.

Cy: "Mae'r tywydd yn gallu bod yn beryglus iawn ar gopa'r mynydd."
En: "The weather can be very dangerous on the mountain's summit."

Cy: Gwenodd Rhian, ei hysbryd anturus yn goleuo.

Cy: "Rydw i'n caru syniad Gareth," meddai hi'n bendant.

Cy: Roedd y gopa'n ymddangos yn bell iawn, ac roedd Carys yn teimlo'i bryder yn cynyddu.
En: The summit seemed very far away, and Carys felt her anxiety increasing.

Cy: "Mae'n ormod o risg," mynodd Carys, ei llais yn cael ei golli yn y gwyntoedd oer.
En: "It's too much of a risk," insisted Carys, her voice lost in the cold winds.

Cy: Yna, daeth sŵn rhybuddio'r storm eira yn sydyn iawn.
En: Then, the warning sound of the snowstorm came suddenly.

Cy: "O na!" awgrymodd Gareth, ei wyneb yn llenwi â phryder.
En: "Oh no!" suggested Gareth, his face filling with worry.

Cy: "Os nad ydym yn troi yn ôl nawr, gallwn ni ddal mewn trafferth."
En: "If we don't turn back now, we could get into trouble."

Cy: Cerddasant yn gyflym tuag at ddyled natur sy'n sefyll concrit, a oedd wedi ymddangos fel cysgod o'u blaenau.
En: They walked quickly toward a standing concrete natural shelter, which had appeared as a shadow ahead of them.

Cy: Roedd y tynged yn eu cario i bwthyn mynydd yng nghanol y rhew, a chlochodd y paratoadau mynyddig tu allan yn dawelwch.
En: Destiny carried them to a mountain cottage in the midst of the frost, and the mountainous preparations clinked outside in silence.

En: Gareth, a young man with precision and thoroughness, looks over his shopping list with a thumb full of anxiety.

Cy: Roedd goleuadau'r Nadolig yn sgleinio ar adeiladau gwyn, yn cysgu'n dawel ar fryniau serth yr ynys.
En: The Christmas lights sparkled on white buildings, quietly resting on the steep hills of the island.

Cy: Roedd yr awyr yn glir, a'r môr yn ogystal.

En: They exchanged glances for a minute, then Gareth said, "We must collaborate," with determination in his voice.

Cy: Rhywbeth o'r fath oedd yr eiliadau hynny - doedd Rhiannon ddim yn ymddiried yn rhwydd.
En: That's how those moments were—Rhiannon didn't trust easily.

Cy: Ond roedd dognau eu profiad gyda’i gilydd yn unan niwliedig.
En: But their shared experience created a foggy unity.

Cy: Felly, dechreuodd y ddau weithio wrth ddyfeisio llygedyn o gyfuniad newydd.

Cy: Roedd eu hymchwiliad yn eu harwain trwy ogofeydd a ffyrdd cyfrinachol, o'r ffordd siopau twristiaid.
