Story Transcript:

Cy: Theim mewn awyrgylch swynol Marchnad Nadolig Caerdydd, roedd Eira yn cerdded trwy'r rhesi.
En: In a magical atmosphere at the Marchnad Nadolig Caerdydd, Eira was walking through the rows.

Cy: Llawer o bobl, llawer o olau, a llawer o sŵn.
En: Lots of people, lots of lights, and lots of noise.

Cy: Roedd pobl yn prynu addurniadau, anrhegion a bwydydd blasus.
En: People were buying decorations, gifts, and delicious foods.

Cy: Roedd arogl gwin cynnes yn llenwi'r aer, a cherddoriaeth Nadoligaidd yng nghefnadrudd.
En: The aroma of warm wine filled the air, and Christmas music played in the background.

Cy: Eira yn y dechrau roedd yn hapus.
En: At the beginning, Eira was happy.

Cy: Roedd hi eisiau canfod yr anrheg berffaith ar gyfer ei mamgu.
En: She wanted to find the perfect gift for her grandmother.

Cy: Rhywbeth arbennig, rhywbeth yn gysylltiedig â thraddodiad.
En: Something special, something connected to tradition.

Cy: Ond wrth iddi ystyried y stondinau lliwgar, dechreuodd deimlo ychydig yn drist.
En: But as she considered the colorful stalls, she started to feel a little sad.

Cy: Byddai popeth fel pe bai'n rhy fas, heb ysbryd.
En: Everything seemed too superficial, without spirit.

Cy: Pan oedd y bwrlwm yn troi'n ormod, penderfynodd Eira droi i ffwrdd.
En: When the hustle and bustle became too much, Eira decided to turn away.

Cy: Cerddodd i ochr fwy sydd yn tawelu o'r farchnad, lle roedd stondin hŷn oedd yn arddangos crefftau Cymreig traddodiadol.
En: She walked to a quieter side of the market, where there was an old stall displaying traditional Welsh crafts.

Cy: Wrth gerdded agosach, gwelodd Eira tapestri hardd.
En: As she walked closer, Eira saw a beautiful tapestry.

Cy: Yno roedd llun o stori a oedd yn gyfarwydd iddi – un y byddai ei mamgu'n adrodd iddi pan oedd yn fach.
En: There was an image of a story familiar to her – one her grandmother used to tell her when she was little.

Cy: Roedd yn adrodd hanes hen dref Cymru.
En: It recounted the history of an old Welsh town.

Cy: Roedd pob lliw a phatrwm yn cario ystyr arbennig.
En: Every color and pattern carried a special meaning.

Cy: Eira cawsai bodlonrwydd gwres lon fel petai ei chalon wedi cynhesu.
En: Eira felt a warmth of joy as if her heart had been heated.

Cy: Gwybododd ar unwaith mai hon oedd yr anrheg iawn.
En: She knew immediately that this was the right gift.

Cy: Gofynnodd am bris, ac yn fuan roedd y tapestry yn ei dwylo.
En: She asked for the price, and soon the tapestry was in her hands.

Cy: Gyda gwen mawr, cerddodd Eira o'r farchnad.
En: With a big smile, Eira walked out of the market.

Cy: Roedd hi'n gwybod y byddai ei mamgu'n gwerthfawrogi'r tapestry hwn.
En: She knew her grandmother would appreciate this tapestry.

Cy: Nid yn unig anrheg oedd hon, ond darn o'u hanes, cysylltiad rhyngddynt, drwy genedlaethau.
En: It was not just a gift, but a piece of their history, a connection between them through generations.

Cy: Mae Eira yn falch wedi'r cyfan.
En: Eira was pleased after all.

Cy: Dysgodd hi rywbeth pwysig – mae'n bosib dod o hyd i ystyr a thraddodiad, hyd yn oed yng nghanol sibrydion y ddinas.
En: She learned something important – it's possible to find meaning and tradition, even amidst the city's whispers.
