Why does food sobriety take so long? Why isn’t weight loss faster? Why does mindset change feel like such a slow process?
In this episode, Mary breaks down the real reason food addiction recovery takes time and why impatience is one of the biggest sabotages women fall into. Most people want instant results without the real work that recovery requires. Most people want the outcome without the effort. But true change especially around binge eating, emotional eating, and compulsive overeating takes time, consistency, and depth.
