I am so excited to be sharing the current placemat on Effective classroom management, that the Queensland Department of Education has released. This little gem is a wonderful resource for teachers and leaders alike. How do we measure it, a whole schools can use the 4D framework as the two align perfectly. The ESCMs have been decommissioned, I have been told. This is a reflection on how far our classrooms have changed since 1996. In this gem from the Department are the research-based qualities for teachers that surround positive relationships.
