When we choose to provide teachers with classroom observations it is vitally important that there is clarity on the purpose of observations. They can be used for performance reviews, feedback, or an opportunity to reflect on practice through a coaching conversation. To provide that clarity this episode clearly defines how we at Blackley group approach our classroom observations, the role of consultancy and mentoring in our work and why the role of therapist is left to others more qualified.
