Yep, this time of year is here. While we hope many of you enjoy this time of year, we know many may find it challenging. This year we didn't focus on survial. We focused on practising neutral. It may feel impossible, we know. The more we reach for at least neutral, the more automatic it becomes. Netural isn't about giving grace, it's about protecting your peace in situations you are in. While making the decision to not go to family gatherings isn't easy, that can be an option. We are so grateful to be a part of your journey. Your weekly reading is here. We are one week into the Mercury retrograde. There is a Mercury Cazimi on the 20th, which is a moment of surfacing while the sun and Mercury is in alignment. It's a good target to do any legal signing or contracts. As we don't fear retrogrades, we live life, we can't always plan when these things need to happen. Have a good week 

This week we get into why healing the relationship with our bodies is so vital to ourselves and how it will empower us navigate this world we live in confidently. How we can create agency and resource within us to support and become present in our bodies. We're so excited to share Grace's passion and how it's impacted her students.

It begins today. Big ol Mecury begins it's regtrograde in Sagitarius. We will never fear a retrograde. Ever. It's there to assist us to walk the path of our choosing. To clear the static from us and our co-creations. We can prepare. We can remind ourselves of all the ways we ground and support ourselves when these planetary shifts happen. Mercury isn't the only one in retrograde, Uranus, and a. couple more. This month is about unearthing the roots of the energy that holds us back, not to be killed, but to be accepted into the fold. Shadow energy isn't expelled. It's embraced and emobidied. It can be the fertilizer your soil needs to grow from. All our love, G&V xo

Next week we go into Mercury Retrograde. This retrograde starts in Sagitarius and goes back into Scorpio. Sag is about expansion and Scorpio is about Shadow. This retrograde is about understanding what is in your shadow that prevents your expansion. Not to get rid of it, but to assimilate it. To bring it in and let it be a part of the soil in which you grow from . Get your favorite notebook and any flashes of information or inspiration, write it down. The breadcrumbs will lead you. 

Community. We hear a lot about it. Let's talk about the reality of community and our part we play in community.
