Neuroplasticity & Trauma

Neuroplasticity. “Our brains are plastic, and we have the ability to change and shape them throughout our entire lives." – Dr. Andrew Huberman

There IS hope despite severe ptsd and c-ptsd. I am living proof. You are living proof.  It’s not too late to change your life for the better.

In today’s episode, I breakdown to the best of my ability a capstone paper acknowledging trauma but even moreso acknowledging the power of neuroplasticity so that you are no longer defined, down bad, and defeated by your trauma. I hope this helps!

I’m so happy to have you here. Thank you for your support. I love you. Keep going <3
