Sometimes in life we become misaligned or disconnected with our soul and who we truly are. We’ll explore some signs or cues to look for that will help us to cultivate and live more aligned with our souls purpose and intentions.

Being in our head and our thoughts can sometimes get in the way of truly being aligned with our inner self. Sometimes all that “chatter” leads us to create unrealistic and untrue perceptions of those around us and of the world. Becoming aware of this can be so beneficial in growth and becoming more aligned with our true self, with our soul.

We’ll explore how practicing daily gratitude can be so impactful and really help us to change and rewire our mindset to focus on positive in our life, and this ultimately leads to more joy and happiness
