This week's G-Fit Conversation, we’re talking about the power of just stepping in—without falling into the “all or nothing” trap. Cue mantra #1 in my Your Feathered Soul Mantra book. I learned the hard way when I jumped from 2,000 steps to 20,000 in one day… and trust me, my body reminded me that’s not the way we do things.

As we gear up for our big STEP-tember Challenge (10,000 steps a day!), now is the time to warm up—literally and figuratively. That means checking in with where you’re at, then committing to a personal challenge: simply do more than you’ve been doing.

This isn’t about perfection or extremes—it’s about building consistency, honoring your body, and preparing ourselves for success. So lace up, track those steps, and let’s step into this challenge together.
