In the world of content creation and social media strategy, Nicky Saunders is an influential voice who educates her mass following on growing their online presence with techniques that are organic and impactful. Monica McNutt is a freelance sports reporter, host, and basketball analyst based in Washington, D.C. Ashlyn Phelps is from Tulsa, OK and graduated from Broken Arrow High School back in 2014 earning a state championship in basketball with her team going 28-0, breaking school history. In 2016, after suffering a knee injury and having her 3rd surgery on the same knee, Ashlyn made the difficult decision to hang up the jersey after finishing out her 2015-2016 season. Growing up, football was a big part of my life. From a very young age I have been a huge Miami Dolphins fan. Entering high school, I knew I wanted to be a Christopher Columbus Explorer football player. As a freshman, I joined the Varsity team as their Defensive End and I knew I had found my passion. I continued to play through high school and was offered a scholarship to play for Case Western Reserve University. I played in Ohio for a year until I decided to transfer to the University of Miami in order to focus on a business I had created. In 2005, I graduated UM with a B.S. in Business Administration with the motive of developing my internet company into something bigger. Fast forward 7 years and like a scene from a movie, I was presented with an opportunity to work alongside NFL, MLB, and NBA players and their affiliates. Since then, I have had the honor to work with some of the biggest names, biggest brands, and teams in the league and I am continuing to strive to outdo myself.
