How to keep our mind from spiraling as the industry slows down for the holidays and as we review our goals from this past year, and how to celebrate how far we've come, even if it's just existing in this moment and knowing we will forge ahead.
Of course we're no therapists, we're just sharing our thoughts on what has worked for us during personal and professional breaks, and since it's the finale episode... over a glass or two of wine.
