We are always battling our higher self vs our lower self we take ownership of ideologies that are not of our higher self but of ego we must remember who we are as gods and goddesses manifest and create our picture perfect lives.

I had the honor to visit Sapelo Island was greeted by dolphins at the dock and in the ocean while swimming I connected with a 400plus year old oak tree and all the other mystical trees around it I learned the history of the island admired its beauty felt the pain of my ancestors who were enslaved here and filled with raged knowing they were tricked out of their land and are still trying to be tricked and pushed off the land.
