This week I read through the first 9 chapters of 1 Nephi from a religious, historical, and literary viewpoint

Today I do a "belief audit" where I get a benchmark on key tenets of my current belief system so that I can compare where I am before and after my reading of the Book of Mormon. I go through a series of belief statements and rank them from 1-100 (although I kept saying 1-10 without realizing it while recording!). These belief statements were taken from modified versions of the Latter-Day Saint Temple Worthiness Questions. I start with a rapid-fire answering of each question before doing an in-depth dive exploring my feelings on each aspect of them. I hope that this can be a valuable insight into where I am at and provide a benchmark to compare to later episodes.
