Studies show that feelings of loneliness and depression are felt most in the last month of the year! Psychologists have found that seasonal changes can directly impact the mental well-being of millions worldwide, a condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.). As a child of God, you cannot allow anything in this world to dictate your happiness and joy in the Lord! 

Loneliness or friendlessness are for those who don’t know of the gift that was freely given to them the moment they received Christ. You have a Friend in the Holy Spirit; He’s our Comforter and Standby. God’s given you the best guide for life’s harsh terrain, not just a Friend, but One who strengthens you in times of need.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I can never be alone! I have a Friend in the Holy Spirit. He comforts me when I'm in need. Nothing can, by any means, leave me helpless! Amen.

Life is full of twists and turns, but God’s purpose always stands (Proverbs 19:21). What God has ordained for you can’t be stopped by man, mistake, or circumstance. His purpose weaves through every season, through both blessings and battles. Joseph’s journey from the pit to the palace seemed chaotic but fulfilled God’s plan to save nations.

Purpose doesn’t mean a problem-free life; it means a meaningful one. God uses everything, even challenges, to fulfil His purpose in you. When you feel lost or delayed, remember God has not forgotten His plan. He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). Don’t rush God; His timing is perfect. His purpose for your life, business, family, and finances is sealed in Heaven; it will surely prevail!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I know my God is able. I trust in His abilities to secure my present and future. I see success, and I shall walk into my destiny with ultimate victory! Hallelujah!

Worship shifts our focus from earthly struggles to heavenly truths. When life feels overwhelming, it reminds us of God's sovereignty and goodness. Paul and Silas, though beaten and imprisoned, prayed and sang hymns to God. Their worship triggered divine intervention; an earthquake broke their chains and opened prison doors. Worship isn't just a response to blessings; it's a declaration of trust during trials. It doesn't ignore problems; it reframes them in the light of who God is.

When we lift our eyes in worship, we stop magnifying the problem and start magnifying the Lord. Worship redirects our focus to our true source of help (Psalm 121:1-2) and shifts both the external atmosphere and our internal posture. As we behold God’s glory, we’re changed into His likeness. It's not just a musical moment, it’s a life-transforming encounter!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I decree a new season breaks forth as I worship God. As I worship God, my mind is renewed, my heart is realigned, and I remind my soul that God is still on the throne! Amen.

Many people miss out on God's blessings because of the motives behind their requests. God funds, protects, and promotes His agenda. When you ask for a new car or a big house, what's the motive? Is it for your friends to see or to show off around your neighbourhood? 

Solomon asked for understanding, not to be praised as the genius of his time, but to shepherd God’s people correctly. His motive was pure, and his request had a Kingdom purpose. That’s why God granted it and added more.

God is looking for hearts that prioritise His Kingdom. When your motive aligns with His purpose, you access divine favour. It's not about the size of your request but the intent behind it. So from today, make sure every request you make to God is attached to a Kingdom purpose, He will surely grant it.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I attract money with a mission. My reason for existence is to serve God with everything that’s within me in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow…

The world has its own definition of “normal”, a standard by which they define how things can happen or should be. When something extraordinary happens, it’s documented in the Guinness Book of Records. The family line of Jabez followed a predictable "normal" pattern: generation after generation simply giving birth to the next. Nothing stood out, until Jabez. He refused to follow the norm and dared to ask God to expand his territory. Because of this, the Bible says he was more honourable than his brethren.

I encourage you today to break out of the norm. You may be born into the same family as your relatives, but your destiny is different. Your success shall be the first of its kind among your brethren. God is snatching you out of the cycle of the ordinary in the Name of Jesus! 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am not ordinary! I shall live beyond the world's expectations. By the power of the Holy Ghost, I break every demonic limit in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? Speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward.

The children of Israel faced their greatest dilemma; they were trapped by the sea ahead and pursued by the Egyptians behind. They thought leaving Egypt was the victory, only to realise the enemy was relentless. Even Prophet Moses sought an answer, but God's response was sharp: "Why are you crying to me?"

God was clear, there's no need to cry to Me; go back and fix the issue. The answer is already with you. 

What was true for Moses is true for you: this isn't the time to cry to God for answers. It's time to exercise your divine right and effect a change in your life. The real solution is already within you, and God has empowered you to shift your situation. Open your mouth, speak life, and keep marching forward!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My mouth is the pen of a ready writer. I am a solutions carrier. I decree and declare answers for everything that is connected to me and my family in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

Many people are still living in the Old Testament reality. They are in the mode of commanding God's promises to manifest in their life. But is there really a promise that God gave us? You may have countless ideas about what you believe are God's promises. The reality is for us as New Testament Christians, there is no promise except Jesus Christ Himself. 

In Christ we receive every blessing and promise we could ever need. He is the fullness of the Godhead, the embodiment of all earthly and heavenly blessings. When you have Christ, you have everything! Now it's your responsibility to activate and manifest the blessing which God gave you through Christ to manifest. 

Through prayer, studying the Word, and following His principles, every blessing and promise in Christ will manifest in your life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Christ in me is the hope of all glory. In Him, every promise is fulfilled, and every blessing is complete. I shall never lack any good thing in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

Have you ever noticed how a young child can believe anything you tell them? If you say you're going shopping and will bring back a real plane, they'll wait with full expectation. Doubt doesn't exist in a child's world; every word is taken as truth.

The Kingdom of God is not for the double-minded but for those with childlike faith, those who fully believe what God says and can never be shaken. Spiritual matters don’t require logic; they don't make sense, but they make faith. Remove doubt and misconceptions today, and your faith will produce results in the Name of Jesus.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My heart and spirit are ready to receive every blessing God has bestowed upon me. I believe with childlike faith, without doubt or hesitation. I walk in full expectation and shall live in abundance, in the Name of Jesus! Amen.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

When the Bible mentions the “last trump,” it implies there were others before it. This final trumpet will sound at the rapture, and I pray you're on the first flight. But if there is a last trump, my question is, when did we hear the earlier ones? 

Brothers and sisters, there are many trumpets sounding all around us even now, and sometimes we forget to pay attention to them or ignore them. The Word we preach about the imminent rapture is already a trumpet. When your friend urges you to pray, or your spouse warns you to cut off certain connections, those are trumpets, too. Pay attention to every trumpet, and you shall succeed until the rapture when the Master calls you home. 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My spirit is alive and active; I shall not miss any significant sound around me. I’m moving up and never down in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

There’s only one thing God gave us to manipulate Him and His systems: it's His Word. We don’t manipulate God by our own ability, but because He established it to be so. In as much as His Name is above every other name in Heaven and Earth, there’s something He placed even higher, His Word.

God operates within the boundaries of His Word and does not act outside of it. Psalm 138:2 says He has magnified His Word above His Name. So, if you go for the Word, you gain access to the power to manipulate spiritual systems. Pray according to His Word, and spiritual laws compel God to deliver what He said in His Word.

Go for the Word, and you will surely come back with a testimony. 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

The Word of God is supreme, sufficient, and powerful in its nature. I choose to go for the Word, and my testimony is guaranteed. Amen.

And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…

We live in a world where being different is often shunned. Many seek to fit in, to be relevant, and to please people rather than God. But God is raising a generation that refuses to live by the world’s standards, a generation that does not seek validation from the world. The Bible reminds us we are not of this world, just as Jesus was not of it.

Just because something is widely accepted doesn’t make it right. Look at Daniel, he chose a different path. While others dined lavishly, he set himself apart by honouring God, choosing to eat differently from the rest.

We are that generation who follow a different pattern. We are not conformed to this world. Even our thinking is transformed because the same mind that was in Christ is now in us.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am not of this world. I have been set apart for God’s holy purpose. I am a bright and shining light before men for the glory of my Father in Heaven. Amen!

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever.

Do you fully grasp how amazing this scripture is? Let me show you. Look at the word ‘comforter’, which is used to describe the Holy Spirit. It is the Greek word ‘parakletos’, it means an intercessor, a consoler, an assistant, an advocate. Just imagine that in you right now resides this powerful being who among other things is your assistant! This is good news brothers and sisters.

The Holy Spirit came to help you live the best Christian life. There’s no reason for you to fail in anything in life after you’ve received the Holy Spirit. You have no right to fail because the Holy Spirit is your helper! He’ll help and teach you to pray, and He’ll teach you the Word! He’ll show you how to be free from debt and live in surplus, He can help you get a job, He’ll energize and give you the ability to succeed in business and family life. His ability will become your ability, and His strength will become your strength.

Recognize Him daily as your divine assistant and know that He came to make you a success in life. 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Today I give the Holy Spirit the pre-eminence in my life. I shall be amazed at the magnitude of God’s glory that’ll be manifest in me. Excellence, dignity and honour; and His ability, strength and wisdom will be evident in my life from now in Jesus Name!

 Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.

God looks for faithful men and women to carry out His purpose and work here on earth. The Bible gives an example of Daniel as one who was faithful to God in a most remarkable and inspiring way. He was perfectly faithful and devoted to the Lord; the Scripture says there was neither any error nor fault found in him. He was neither corrupt nor negligent. He was faithful in all his dealings. Can you say that about yourself?

As a Christian, your primary allegiance, dedication, commitment and loyalty is first to God and His Word before anything else. Persecution may come at you from all angles, but you must remain steadfast and undaunted in your service and allegiance to the Lord. Daniel was thrown into the lion’s den because he chose to be faithful to God, and God shut the mouths of the lions - faithfulness produces protection!

Faithful people are chosen for important responsibilities, therefore, choose to be a faithful steward in God’s house. In using your gifts and abilities, finances and material blessings - choose to be faithful! It breaks chains!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I declare my absolute trust and allegiance to God today. I choose to faithfully serve Him with my life no matter the challenges ahead in Jesus Name! Amen.

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

The Word of God is His mirror. The Bible says anyone who hears the Word and doesn’t act accordingly is like a man who sees himself in a mirror, turns around and forgets what he looks like (James 1:23-24). In other words, God expects you to hear His Word and do what it says. Question is, how does one do the Word?

You do the Word by seeing yourself the way God sees you to be in His Word and then act accordingly. For instance, in the Word, the mirror of God, He says, you’re healed, that is God’s image and reflection of you. See that image of yourself in perfect health and endorse it. Act like it’s true; for it’s true. If the Word mirror says prosperity is yours, endorse that Word and act it out by faith. Quit speaking broke language. Keep looking into the mirror of God; keep studying and listening to the Word. As you do, you’ll become more and more like the glory you see in the Word. 

This is the mirror principle of the Word.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

From today, God’s mirror is what I will look at every day and not circumstances around me. I endorse and act out what the mirror of the Word says about me. Thank you, Lord, for your Word! Amen.

The Lord is not… not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

The worst bondage a person can experience is being lost without salvation. Sin holds people captive, blinding them to the truth and keeping them bound for destruction. Yet, God’s greatest desire is for you to be free, to be part of His family, and to be with Him forever. The Bible declares, "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8). This means that everything needed to make you right with God has already been done. All that remains is for you to believe it!

Do not let anything keep you from making the most important decision of your life. Refuse to stay bound! The door to salvation is open, and Jesus Himself is calling you. Pray this prayer with faith:

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

O Lord God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ. I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. I believe He died for me, and God raised Him from the dead. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

Diligence is more than hard work; it is intelligent, consistent effort with a focus on excellence. It is the quality that separates those who struggle in obscurity from those who rise to prominence. The Word says that kings, great and influential people, will come to your rising. But for that to happen, you must first rise! Your elevation is the magnet that draws greatness. The lazy, the inconsistent, and the excuse-makers remain in the shadows, but the diligent stand in the spotlight of opportunity. 

This is your year to rise! Refuse to be held down by chains of fear, slothfulness, doubt or excuses. Elevate your skills, sharpen your expertise, and build your business with excellence. If training is required, invest in it. If new strategies are needed, implement them. Whatever it takes for you to rise, RISE! Your next level is waiting for you, and with it comes divine connections, favour, and access to kings!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I decree and declare that I rise above every limitation! Kings are drawn to the brightness of my rising. I operate in divine wisdom, diligence, and excellence, and my business flourishes beyond measure! In the Name of Jesus, clients gravitate towards my business, seeking the sanctuary of my expertise, insight and goods! Amen.

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

The verse for today is among the most recognisable passages of scripture in the whole of Christendom yet many are yet to fully realise all that is encapsulated within it. It shows us that one of Faiths primary functions is to reshape your reality! The Word framed comes from the Greek, karatizō meaning to complete or repair, to restore and perfect something into its proper condition! As Christians through Faith, you have the power to remodel your life by the power the Word of God contains!

There is a condition in which every child of God is meant to live, when you are living a life contrary to what God has planned for those who follow Him, begin to frame your world to your liking! Refuse to consider your current circumstances, you have been given the unquestionable authority to adjust everything around you today. You’re your own life’s architect, start remodelling your life to your liking! 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION 

The same faith used to form the universe is in my possession. With this ability to reshape my world, I prophesy a drastic change in anything that is not aligned to God’s perfect will for my life in Jesus Name! Amen.

But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

The title of today’s reading may come as a shock to you, as many Christians around the world can recall many a-time they gave expecting a financial windfall in return yet received “nothing.” However, that is not the case! Your giving will always produce a result just as the Word of God promises. The problem we find in the church today is people often associate blessings only with financial rewards as a result of their sowing and giving!

Whilst you can receive such blessings due to your giving, how do you know that when layoffs came to your workplace your name was not supposed to be among those who were discharged, or that your health was not supposed to be targeted by the diseases that plagued your country or city? The bible tells us in Proverbs 21:18 that the wicked shall become ransom for the righteous, meaning, by way of your giving, if there was something sent to destroy the righteous, God will give the life of the wicked in your place! Today, learn to recognise the many avenues in which God can choose to reward your giving!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION 

I am a cheerful Giver! I know when I give to God, I can always expect a result not only financially, but in every aspect of my life, whether it be health, peace or elsewhere! Amen.

Proverbs 21:18

So, we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 

Are you aware that as a child of God, not only do you carry His Spirit on the inside of you, but you carry the atmosphere of Heaven wherever you go? This means, in whichever vocation you specialise in or the educational field you study, you are not operating by the same rules as everybody else, but a system not of this world, the system of Heaven! One of the most detrimental mistakes you can make is viewing yourself with the lens the world looks at you in rather than what God deems you to be!

If you are conscious of your role as a representative of His atmosphere, an ambassador of Christ, you ought to walk with a sense of dignity. There is a decorum that comes with the job. Head held high; shoulders squared complete with a spring in your step, you speak for God! No profanity touches the lips of a Heavenly delegate, anger is not in the equation, immorality is unheard of, instead, a life of integrity and purity. The moment you accepted God into your life, you were separated from this earthly realm and set apart to Him. You are Heaven’s delegate, the Word of God in motion, walk with dignity as you go about your day today.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am God’s representative. When people see me walk, they see Christ walking; everything about me reflects Him! I carry divinity, so I walk with dignity in Jesus Name!

Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Chinese Whispers is a children’s game where players sit in a line or circle and pass on a message by whispering from one person to the next. By the time the message reaches the last person, it is often hilariously distorted due to misheard words or accidental changes. In a world full of various mediums to exchange ideologies, philosophies, theological ideas, and various topics popular amongst the public discourse, it’s extremely easy to get information pertaining to the Word of God distorted or changed based on the avenue in which you received it or the vessel that delivered it! 

With the rise of false doctrines, if you do not verify the material you consume, you are subject to the enemy’s attacks. The verse above shows us that the Bereans would examine the scriptures EVERYDAY to see if what Paul said was true! Many treat picking up their bible as an inconvenience and would rather trust the words of someone without double checking the Word of God. Choose to make studying the Bible a priority in your life today!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION  

From today, I shall grow deeper in the knowledge of the Word of God. I shall not be swayed by falsified doctrines or evil voices bent on causing discord in my life. I am blessed beyond measure as a result! Amen.
