Because peace isn’t found in silence. It’s built in the storm.
The world isn’t getting quieter — but you can.
Hosted by Shaun Tucker — health scientist, breathwork facilitator, and self-mastery coach — Grounded in the Noise explores what it means to stay centered, strong, and clear in a world that won’t slow down.
Each episode is a real conversation with fighters, healers, parents, creators, and seekers who’ve learned to find calm in chaos. Together, we explore the messy, meaningful process of coming home to yourself — through breath, truth, and presence.
No spiritual bypassing. No performance coaching. Just honest dialogue, embodied wisdom, and practical tools to help you return to your grounded self — no matter how loud life gets.
Because peace isn’t passive.
It’s power.
And when you can find it — even in the noise — you become unshakeable.

In this episode, Shaun Tucker sits down with Leilana Grace, a facilitator who guides people into presence through voice, breath, ceremony, and embodied transformation. Leilana opens up about the nine-year abusive relationship that dimmed her light, the moment she finally chose to leave, and how that decision began her healing journey.
Her path led her to the Amazon rainforest of Peru, where she lived with Shipibo–Conibo healers, studying plant medicine, silence, and the power of listening to the natural world. Through isolation, ritual, and the teachings of the plants, she began to reconnect with her essence and rebuild her identity from the ground up.
We explore how adversity becomes a catalyst for growth, why feeling lost is part of the process, and how nature, mentors, and daily practices can anchor us through overwhelming seasons of life.
Leilana shares how she transformed negativity into wisdom, found meaning in her hardest experiences, and learned to create a life aligned with her heart. Her perspective is gentle, grounded, and deeply human.
