Reflecting on the times that I could have done better in being ahead by believing in myself, putting myself first, and/or taking initiative in my talents/goals/dreams sooner. Whether it be due to procrastination, self-doubt, others planting seeds of self-doubt in me in the past, or waiting on others.

This episode centers on how we get easily swayed by what we see out there without taking the time to appreciate what is cool about what is already within us. About the importance of having more autonomy in our youth in terms of being more free-thinkers instead of thinking we're cool because we're following others. and how uncool that is anyway and ironically so because we associate being IN (keeping up with others) with being cool.
The beauty of individuality, and loving and celebrating others and ourselves for what makes them/us unique. The beauty in tapping in ourselves...♥

Sometimes we feel behind in life and while it is a very human thing to feel at any age, when that happens it's always important to come back to ourselves and realize these things (mentioned in this weeks episode). These are some of the thoughts that I navigate through when those feelings want to creep up on me, and if you're listening, I hope this perspective can be a balm for you as well, as it is for me in life ♥.

Hi lovely people! In this episode, I touch on what it has felt like for me being the older sibling. The feelings have changed over the years, but it's been amazing how much life can surprise you on what someone ends up meaning and being to your life. A few years ago although my sister and I's relationship was ok, it was always on the surface, but now...WOW!

In this episode, I cover what we tend to feel when we leave things for tomorrow and some of the things that we can do or shift to combat the feeling of not starting.

In this episode, I talk about my experience as an introvert and the prenotions that others might have on why people are introverts. The loneliness that comes with being an introvert but also the fact that it's a pleasure to some of us. Basically, we are not all introverted for the same reasons but maybe if you're an introvert you might feel like some of this resonates with you, and if you're an extrovert, it might help you know why some people are introverted. As always, I'm simply hoping with every episode that you feel less alone ♥.

We were watching the JLo "Halftime" documentary on Netflix when my sister asks "Aren't you proud of being Latina?". All of a sudden all these questions as to what makes a Latina, arose as I questioned the stereotypes that come with being one vs. what I am. This is for anyone, regardless of race, age, or gender, and I hope that if in any way or in others, you relate, that you know you are not alone ♥.

Hi lovely people!
It's so good to be back! In this episode, I talk about experiences with our immigrant loved ones and the struggles that they may go through when their language is limited. The struggles that they go through but also the struggle as children that we face to see them go through it and feeling very vulnerable.

Hello Beautiful People!
We are back with another episode of Let's Talk and Grow! This week I discuss cancel-culture and the parts that I am "iffy" about, to an extent. This episode attempts to analyze certain aspects where I feel there can be more of a balance in society when it comes to this movement of our time.

Hello beautiful people! This episode is about all the things I wish I had told that little Me, Alondra; full of uncertainty, who felt deep loneliness but then found the greatest friend in herself. The girl who felt like she had to raise herself at times which also made her introverted, quiet and reserved. None of which are bad, but adult me has the comfort to her pains and doubts that wouldn't allow her to come out of her shell. In this episode I dive into the lessons I've learned that could have helped HER. First point being: This space is as much yours as it is everyone else's take as much space in this canvas of the universe as you dare, live it, breathe it unapologetically no matter how your surroundings have wanted to make you feel small and threatened.

In this episode of Let's Talk and Grow I celebrate individuality; staying true to the beauty of what makes you, you. Be and look the way you feel beautiful, bold and inspired, but make sure you are doing it because that is what speaks to you and not because being or looking a certain way is the trend of the year. This episode serves both young and old, people who have been ridiculed as well the person that has ridiculed as well. Come join me in this beautiful episode dahling ♥
