In this episode, Janak Chalune from Farwest Nepal shares his journey from his small town to the big cities in India to Five Star Hotels in Dubai and finally to Schlosshotel Kronberg, a luxury five star hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. He managed all this on his own without help from any consultancies. He lost is beloved mother in the journey and still did not give up on his dream to reach Germany as a Five Star Chef.
