It’s spooky season, besties! Hannah dives into real haunted salon and spa encounters from stylists around the world — from giggling ghosts to spirits with style. Close the salon door, dim the lights, and get ready for chills. Do you believe salons can be haunted? Let’s talk about it!
Being a traveling educator looks glamorous on Instagram — but what’s it really like? In this episode, Hannah shares the real behind-the-scenes of airport chaos, quick turnarounds, hair show madness, and the beautiful connections that make it all worth it.
Hear about her summer adventures through Seattle, Dallas, Vancouver, LA, and Phoenix — from dragging a suitcase full of doll heads up steep Seattle hills to teaching alongside some of the industry’s most inspiring artists.
If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to live the educator lifestyle (or thought about becoming one yourself), this episode will give you the unfiltered truth — equal parts messy, magical, and motivating.
What’s up besties! Today we’re diving into all things social media — the highs, the lows, and everything in between. From filming behind the chair to editing late at night, I’m sharing my real-life experience of how TikTok and Instagram have shaped my career, helped me grow my business, and sometimes driven me absolutely crazy.
I’ll spill what finally worked for me on TikTok, why Instagram is still a love/hate relationship, and the biggest lessons I’ve learned about content, consistency, and creativity. Whether you’re a stylist, creator, or just curious about what goes into building a brand online, this episode is for you.
Grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and let’s chat all things social media, bestie-style 💕
In this episode of Hairiffic with Han, Hannah takes you on a wild ride through the true crime side of salon life. From her own jaw-dropping encounter with an active crime scene just steps away from her chair, to unbelievable Reddit stories about serial killers, hitman plots, and a real-life survivor who brought down a murderer—these are the kinds of tales you can’t make up.
You’ll hear:
💈 A salon day that turned into a police lockdown
💈 A client’s shocking connection to a serial killer
💈 A Florida hitman scheme straight out of Dateline
💈 The inspiring survival story of Kara Robinson Chamberlain
It’s proof that sometimes, the craziest stories aren’t on TV—they’re sitting right in your chair.

Hey friends! This week I’m popping on for a quick life update while I prep for some major things coming to the podcast. From surviving Comic-Con madness in San Diego to rushing my sweet girl Ellie to the ER after a bee sting (yes, she’s okay 🐶💗), it’s been a WEEK.
I’m also finally setting up my new podcast studio (!!), working on guest interviews, and even designing some very cute Hairiffic merch for you all—more on that soon. Oh, and our new puppy Ember? Still unhinged.
Plus, I took a little road trip up to LA for a private screening of David and Alexis Thurston’s new rock documentary “If These Walls Could Rock”—so good, I laughed and cried.
It’s a little chaotic, a little heartfelt, and a whole lot of me. Next week I’ll be back with a full episode (hint: true crime + hair 👀), so stay tuned and thanks for being here. 💕
In this episode of HAIRIFFIC with Han, I’m sharing my personal journey of what it was really like fresh out of cosmetology school — the mistakes I made, the lessons I learned, and the advice I wish someone had told me sooner.
But it’s not just my experience! I’ve also gathered insight from some incredible industry pros who are sharing their honest advice on what new stylists should and should not do as they start their careers. From assisting to social media, building a clientele to protecting your energy — this episode is packed with the real talk we all needed in year one.

In this episode of HAIRIFFIC with Han, we’re diving into the wildest, most horrific salon stories submitted by real hairstylists on Reddit. From clients smashing mirrors mid-appointment to perm disasters and unexpected pop-up tents during shampoos (yes, really), this episode is pure chaos — and pure comedy.
Plus, I share my own thoughts on communication, client meltdowns, and how sometimes, all you need is a little toner and a deep breath.

In this episode of HAIRIFFIC with Han, we’re getting a little more spiritual and a whole lot real. I’m diving into the intuitive side of being a hairstylist — from sensing a no-show before it happens to feeling deeply connected to our clients’ energy, both in joyful moments and during the heaviest seasons of life.
We’ll talk about the bonds we form behind the chair, the emotional weight we carry, and the importance of protecting your peace — even if that means “firing” a client when the energy just isn’t right. Whether you’ve celebrated milestones like weddings and baby showers or sat with someone in their grief, this episode is a reminder of how powerful our work really is.
You’re not “just a stylist.” You’re an anchor, an empath, a safe space — and that energy matters.
