This episode was recorded when I worked more with musicians, but the health insights apply to everyone.Healthy Rhythms now focuses on mindset, wellness and empowerment for women and busy professionals.In addition to being a Health Coach, I am also a Holistic Therapist working one day a week proving treatments such as massage, reflexology & reiki energy healing. The results from alternative therapies are powerful, and I'm not sure enough people know about them! Consider how you can apply a past client's experience to your own life.


I briefly discuss the differences between a Health Coach and a Doctor. I bet the first questions from my coaching studies will have you saying “yes, me too!”


I personally feel nature is the most underrated form of healing, yet it’s natural.. and free! A huge percentage of our oxygen also comes from here.

Discover some interesting facts about nature that you may not have known, and once again, how you can apply this knowledge to your own life.
