The results from alternative therapies are powerful, and I'm not sure enough people know about them! Consider how you can apply a past client's experience to your own life.


I briefly discuss the differences between a Health Coach and a Doctor. I bet the first questions from my coaching studies will have you saying “yes, me too!”


I personally feel nature is the most underrated form of healing, yet it’s natural.. and free! A huge percentage of our oxygen also comes from here.
