The Same Person Twice

The Same Person Twice

"You won’t find the same person twice, even in the same person."

This quote got me thinking, does it mean people change, so it’s okay to go back to your ex? Or does it mean the version of them you loved no longer exists?

In this episode, I reflect on the delicate idea of going back to your ex, when it makes sense and when it doesn’t. From the belief that exes should stay exes to realizing that sometimes love ends not because it was wrong, but because the timing wasn’t right.

It’s not a rulebook, just honest thoughts on love, change, timing, and boundaries.
