This is a dang delayed publish. Fully owning my own fear-driven procrastination on this one. Nevertheless, it is a gem of an episode.

I talk with Shea--a 200hr certified yoga teacher now, such an inspiring light, and a being living her wildest truth. We talk about her journey with yoga and interpersonally, how it's become a grounding tool, a place of love-filled spiritual comfort, and a beautiful return to her intuition.
