Hi hi hi!
This is a dang delayed publish. Fully owning my own fear-driven procrastination on this one. Nevertheless, it is a gem of an episode.
I talk with Shea--a 200hr certified yoga teacher now, such an inspiring light, and a being living her wildest truth. We talk about her journey with yoga and interpersonally, how it's become a grounding tool, a place of love-filled spiritual comfort, and a beautiful return to her intuition. Come be inspired by her journey through anxiety, to yoga, and beyond. Her instagram is @skiffhaven , go give her a follow!
This is a special one, for sure. Enjoy!

hi angels.
this episode comes hot off a mind babble of anxiety, but a very applicable one. in light of the new cdc lifting of masking restrictions, in the face of change and 'returning' (whatever that means), this question arises: how do we stay true to ourselves when there is suddenly so many other factors to compare to? people are out there, doing things, and maybe I don't want to do those things--how do I ride that wave and return to my capital S Self?
I also talk about the judgmental sun. oh, how judgy and oppressive it can feel.
grab your chapstick, your water, your journal, and enjoy.
all the exes and all the ohs!
hi angel!
this another solo pod, unscripted, dreamt up while I was doing my dishes. I talk about the joy I find in processing everything, Abby and Glennon (my gay moms), and the weird nature of not-knowing-lyrics shame. this is a fun ol rambler. buckle up.
sending all my love!
buckle up, my sweet angel!!
I'm here solo for you today to share some of my recent musings on self doubt. as a *recovering* perfectionist, I am doing my fair share of daily learning on this topic, so take this as my field notes, of sorts. I hope you find a bit of yourself and your own power to take action and act in defiance of your self doubt in my thoughts and my story. much love to you and your divine light. you SHINE baby. make some noise.
hi! welcome! I hope the day has been full of light and love, my sweet angel.
this episode is a deeply important one. my friend and penpal Dianna and I talk about what can be the hardest dynamic to maneuver: family. we talk through how our own experiences have shaped how we define family, the difficulties sometimes of finding the balance, and about those lovely people in our lives who teach us pieces of our worthiness! what a beautiful thing, friendship, when it is a mirror of our own deep love. hold those people close!! surround yourself with them, always. they will guide you home.
grab some tea, enjoy the episode, im sending all my love to you.
this episode is a FUN one y'all!! we chat leaving toxic situations, growth, empowerment through it all, and wrap up the whole thing with a good ol manifestation informational pow wow. this one was recorded back in January--it's a bit weird to hear the outdated references! life comes at you fast, I guess. there was not another capitol siege yesterday, worry not my dear listener. that is but a trick of time.
enjoy!!! xoxox
in this shortie I share a journal entry on the beauty and unknown and fear of day two. It gave me a bit of perspective reading it in this period of personal growth and change, and I hope it does for you as well.
Hello hello, welcome!
This episode is beautifully real and deeply self reflective. Cedulie and I talk about being vulnerable and having those hard sit down convos with yourself, breaking cycles that perpetuate hurt in the world, and the prospect of becoming Jane Oliver, if that is where your path so leads. This conversation is fun, full of vulnerability and growth, and healing for the perfectionist self critic taking up too much damn space in our noggins. Get cozy, and enjoy.
Buckle up and throw on your finest cycle-breaking wear! This is one empowering conversation.
In this episode, Molly and I dive into her experiences growing up in a Catholic household, and how breaking cycles and dismantling male-dominant ideologies has freed her as a badass woman in a historically male-dominated field. We talk books, feminism, and how love as the basis for equality is the only valid societal structure (there may or may not be some capitalism-denouncing rhetoric in this one ;) ). Molly's story is that of beautiful cycle breaking and in doing so, empowering herself and generations to come.
Fan the fire that burns in you listening to this episode. Fan it until the cycles break. Enjoy.
Hi! Welcome!
Before I hold space for all the wonderful stories and conversations of others, I felt it only right to first do so for myself (also opening the door to shame resistance, vulnerability, and all that good stuff!). So, this is my story. This is a bit of who I am, looking into the values I've held for the majority of my life vs the ones I hold now, making space for growth and my own personal, grace-filled journey. Grab a warm beverage, get cozy, and listen to a bit about me. Or grab a cold beverage. Maybe listen while walking. I'm not here to tell you what to do! Digest this how you like.
