We’ll talk about why uncomfortable emotions feel so overwhelming, how your brain actually creates feelings, and why even positive emotions can feel intense. You’ll hear a real coaching example about overcoming fear around public speaking, and you’ll learn how to use the same simple technique to move from scared → settled → confident.
