Sometimes change is unavoidable - especially if you are a woman in midlife.
And these changes can bring huge personal liberation and crushing hangovers that never used to be there. How a woman’s body processes alcohol changes in perimenopause and menopause and it is one more thing to figure out.
To help, we’ve brought Doctor and women’s health specialist Dr. Maire Finn and Midlife coach Alana Kirk here today to explain what’s going on, why we need to protect our sleep, energy and wellbeing and why in this chapter of life, it could also be time to make a change to how much or how often you drink alcohol.
