Mothers are some of the most overwhelmed people in the world - and instead of functional support there is a trend to encourage “Wine O’Clock” as the solution to her very real physical, emotional, hormonal and mental challenges.
Maybe instead of wine, she just needs some help?
Joining me to share their own relationship with alcohol in motherhood is child and adolescent psychotherapist and play therapist Debbie Cullinane, Host of Stretch Marks podcast Sinead O’Moore and Sustainability Advocate Pat Kane.
