This year's Menstrual Hygiene Day, on 28 May 2025, is themed âTogether for a #PeriodFriendlyWorldâ, urging collective action to ensure that menstruation does not limit access to education, health, or opportunity.
I have always had a penchant for documentaries and storytelling and the first story I ever wanted tell was to understand how menstruation affects women.
I hope the story of these girls inspires us and leads us to want to contribute positively to our society.
