I make a lot of mistakes as an inside sales coordinator, I wish someone will have told me this in the beginning, so I hope this helps someone out there trying to kick ass and make some $$$$
One of the many challenges of being an ISC is too earn the technicians trust in order to know their weaknesses & strength and utilize it in both of us advantage to sell more IAQ, I had to trained them and coach them but first you MUST HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP and great communication for them to open up and trust and listen to you.
