I had the pleasure of chatting with Ella Kaminsky. She is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve had the privilege to talk to. Her skillset along with personality have enabled her to reach deep and offer something special to our beauty industry.
Often we have a way of thinking that enables us to uncover and see problems as opportunities, and then turning those opportunities into a business. Sometimes this skillset and mentality is not automatically known to us, many struggle to achieve this and in turn have a hard time reaching their goals.
We need help understanding that everything around us is the result of having an idea and then executing it.
