Today’s guests are Rachel Claire Farnsworth & her daughter, Emily Parsons.
Rachel lives in a small market town in Lincolnshire, England with her daughter, Emily. She found RTT when she was looking for something that she wanted to learn for herself. Rachel had no idea at the time that this was her toolkit to help her daughter overcome an autoimmune disease Emily had been suffering from since she was a baby. Rachel has learnt that there is emotional pain lying behind the physical symptoms and she loves helping her clients analyse and release it so their symptoms can be reversed. We all have the power to heal ourselves, and that power lies in our subconscious minds.
Emily had suffered with an autoimmune disease since she was a year old. She thought her professional dreams would never be realised as her joints were so very painful due to Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Emily is so happy now that she is pain and symptom-free, and fulfilling her dreams.

In this first episode, I introduce the I Am Healing Podcast. And as your host, I’ll introduce myself a little bit here as well.
Around 12 years ago, I became conscious of this winding journey I’ve been on in search of healing. I began this podcast as an outlet to share the conversations I’d been having with people who have experienced healing so that I might bring hope and encouragement to others along their own journeys. I'm passionate about all things health, but what intrigues me most, is the healing essence of an empowering mindset. And as such, my desire is to empower us all to live healthier, happier lives.
Some of my favorite things include acro yoga, walking under the stars, life-changing conversations with ‘strangers’, and food (most notably: gluten-free pizza and nice cream.)

Today’s guest is Sheyla Zito. At the age of 30, Sheyla realized how unhappy she was, and prayed for a change. The change came as a lightning bolt in the form of two back-to-back cancer diagnoses, being forced to stop breastfeeding her 4-month-old baby due to her treatment, having to run away from an abusive marriage, and facing bankruptcy.
Her survival journey has taught her so many lessons: love unconditionally, honor yourself, maintain your integrity, be your best in all that you are and do, and treasure each moment.

For over a year now, I've been putting together a podcast where I connect with people who have experienced healing, with the intention of sharing hope and encouragement with those on their own healing journeys.
The idea randomly came to me back in 2020, and truthfully, the thought of hosting my own podcast completely freaked me out. But before fear stifled that inner voice, curiosity stepped in, as well as some amazing people in my life who believed in me before I believed in myself.
I still have work to do when it comes to self-belief, and the past year has been a journey to say the least. But with each step, I gracelessly (let's be real) knocked the fear down and moved past it, because in my heart, I knew this was my path. A path, I'm happy to say, that has lit my spirit back up, and I hope through this podcast, I might spread that same light to all who listen.
The podcast will be launching this coming Tuesday, March 15, 2022. In the meantime, you're welcome to connect with the I Am Healing Podcast on fb/IG/tiktok: @iamhealingpodcast
