Today we're going to explore when someone is in fact too damaged to enter new relationships. The goal of today's episode is to not only show people that healing your inner being is a project that takes time but it's also a choice that needs to be made in order to end cycles of abuse. We tend to jump into new relationships thinking it will be different when we become aware of our self-worth and have a desire for better treatment but it takes more than knowing your worth to establish healthy boundaries and not allow people to determine your value for you. In this area time and active acceptance, understanding and forgiveness is your friend.
