This week, we discuss the significance of self-dialogue and
its impact on personal growth and self-awareness. The practice of having
meaningful internal conversations is something I learned from a mentor when I was a young girl. I thought it was silly, but because I trusted my mentor, I did it anyway—and I’ve been talking to myself ever since.
The benefits of self-talk are priceless, and I’m sharing the
