What does your morning routine look like?!?!? I found I use to say “we are just NOT morning people” and with that mornings were not the best in our house. Once I started to recognize this was affecting our whole day I realized I needed to change our morning routine asap. This was a bad habit we had to fix so listen along to episode #5 to hear just what I do. Also listen to a few of my friends who joined me on “Questions for the chair” give some things that help them each day, that just might help you too!! We can all grow from the power of conversation!!
