Remember the last time you tried to lose weight. You cut out all the bad foods. You ate more fruit. The apples, the oranges. Bananas. You did everything you were supposed to do. Even though you ate all the right foods, as you were taught, you lost exactly 0 pounds.
You didn't cut out the fruit. The fruit has Fructose. Fructose is Sugar. Sugar turns to fat.
