Most of us don't cook all of our meals. Sometimes we must eat fast food or pre-packaged food. It's a part of life. But there are some things you must do when you when you eat prepackaged food. Read the label and identify how many carbohydrates are in it, and know the serving size.
If you want to lose weight, you want your body to consume the carbs that are currently around your bodies. But those stored carbs will not need to be accessed by your body, if you're eating a lot of new carbs with every meal.
If You Want To Lose Weight...
ALWAYS read the nutrition labels. Know the serving size and your carbohydrate amounts of the foods you are consuming.
We've all been raised to believe that fiber is good. And the more in our diet, the better. The problem is that fiber can not necessarily be good for you, because fiber is not digestible.
By definition, fiber is; a type of carbohydrate found in plant based foods that the human body cannot digest.
All fiber that goes in your mouth, must come out of your body as waste.

The difference between Soda's and Diet Sodas, is a ton of carbohydrates and sugars.
If you're trying to lose weight, you'll have to move to diet sodas. Save the carbs from your diet wherever or whenever you can.
If you must drink sodas, make sure you drink Diet Soda. Even one 12-ounce can or 20-ounce bottle of soda means you will not lose weight that entire day.

This is my "Why". I tell you why I decided I needed to lose some weight, and I give my realizations and revelation about losing weight in real life.
It wasn't pretty.
Hopefully it finds its way to someone who needs to hear it.
To burn the fat that's already stored on your belly, hips, and butt, you're going to have to get your body to actually use that stored fat as fuel. Most of our bodies tend to use Glucose/Sugar as the primary fuel.
The takeaway of this episode is that to lose fat, and the weight that the fat weighs, you're going to need your body to burn off the fat that's currently on your body. To do that, your must adapt your body to burn fat as fuel.
Our Strategy is to alter our diet by limiting sugars and carbohydrates (which get converted into sugars) with the goal to limit the foods that get turned into fat. Afterall, how can you lose fat/weight at the same time you are creating more fat/weight.

It's that time of year again. The pressure of Holiday meals such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, and hell, even New Years. We are trying to lose weight, but, at the same time we will likely participate.
But what is a reasonable strategy. Strictly maintain your diet? Eat whatever you want? or should you just eat a bit of everything, but in moderation.
Well, I can't tell you how to live your life, but here in this episode, I give you some things to think about.
