I had a great time at a conference, hosted by Noel Robinson and friends, along with another friend, Valerie Elliot, who gave a brilliant talk on the unity between body, soul, and spirit. Today’s session is all about going deeper. I love that verse in the Psalms where it says, “deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls.” I really feel that God wants to connect with the deeper parts of us. Often, we live on the surface—in our relationships, in our emotions—and we don’t always tune in to what’s going on underneath.
