🌷 Hello, my dear companion. Thank you for taking the time today to meet your inner world with unconditional love and curiosity. I’m proud of you. In this meditation using creative visualization, I invite you on a journey back to yourself, releasing those who once hurt you, and a past situation where you were a victim of unkindness. This allows you to release your entangled energies, suppressed and judged emotions, and repetitive thoughts tied to the past.



⚠️ Gentle Warning:

If the experience you want to work with reminds you of trauma or intense emotional pain, please avoid this exercise. Healing past trauma is out of the scope of this exercise, and it requires access to professional support. Please only do it to forgive the life experience that had no traumatic consequences. Taking care of yourself is an act of self-love, and self-love brings healing. 🕊️



💛 In this meditation, you use the miracle and wisdom of your body, and practice how to:

✨ Witness emotions like anger, fear, or sadness in your body and experience them with respect. Name the emotion and feel the body reaction to it. 

✨ Recognize which emotions truly belong to you and which ones you may have absorbed from others like a sponge

✨ Identify beliefs formed as a consequence of what you have gone through, in particular, in three categories:

(1) How good and valuable am I?

(2) How good are my choices and decisions?,

(3) How much do others want me, or how important am I to others?


✨ Meet the most loving version of yourself and let that version help you

✨ Choose a powerful lesson from this experience to guide your path



💛 This meditation is for you if:

✨ You feel that part of your mind and energy is still stuck in the past or entangled with others

✨ You want to reclaim full ownership and leadership of your life

✨ You’re ready to make a new choice of 100% self-responsibility to create your desired life consciously

Today’s journey is designed to help you gain deeper awareness of the limiting and heavy beliefs you hold about yourself and to gently release the silent judgments that may have been resting on your shoulders for years.


We may carry negative beliefs about our worth, our belonging, our abilities, and our lovability. These beliefs are usually shaped by past experiences and the opinions or beliefs of others.


Like heavy stones in our inner world, they slow us down. They make it harder to move forward in life and relationships, adding weight, confusion, and emotional complexity to our path.


🌟 In this meditation, we’ll use creative visualization to:

✨ Meet yourself without judgment and with unconditional love

✨ Step into the role of a gentle observer or researcher, exploring your life experience with curiosity

✨ Identify inner judgments and stories without identifying with them

✨ Feel the emotional sensations activated by these judgments without becoming the emotions or identifying with them

✨ Write your heavy beliefs on symbolic stones and release them with awareness into the flowing river of life

✨ Consciously choose a new belief to live by and guide your life journey with greater clarity


📓 Journaling can deepen the experience:

1️⃣ What beliefs were written on the stones you released into the river?

2️⃣ What new belief about yourself would you like to live by? What changes might this bring to your life? Who notices the changes?

3️⃣ What symbol represents this new belief?

4️⃣ What small action can help you embody this belief in your daily life?

5️⃣ What is one small act you can do to thank your body?


You can return to this practice anytime you face challenges.

It is a powerful method to reconnect with your inner wisdom and to walk your path with more lightness, trust, and self-awareness.

    Most of us, without realizing it, have internalized limiting beliefs and negative judgments about money from childhood and our surroundings. These beliefs can profoundly affect our relationship with wealth, our sense of worthiness to receive money, and our financial security.


    🌟 Four core limiting beliefs about money and wealth:

    1. “There is never enough money.”The belief that resources are limited and you can never really have enough.


    2. “Money doesn’t stay with me.”The belief that even if money comes, it won’t last, leading to fear and financial stress.


    3. “More money means more problems.”The idea that with increased wealth, complications and issues also increase.

    Ho’oponopono: Powerful Practice of Forgiving & Freedom

    🕊️ Welcome to this meditation to invest in the relationship with yourself and embrace your life journey with unconditional love and self-awareness.


    We all experience moments of self-criticism, embarrassing judgments against ourselves, and self-rejection. It is a painful experience to abandon ourselves, especially in the moments when we need to be supported the most.


    The simple yet powerful practice of Ho’oponopono is one of the most powerful methods used for reconnecting and healing the relationship to ourselves. In the future episode, we will also practice variations of that, focusing on healing our relationship with other partners in our life's journey.


    🔥 What is Ho’oponopono?

    Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.

    Its purpose is simple: to bring harmony where there was separation.

    In modern times, this practice has been beautifully adapted for self-healing and emotional release, using the following four healing phrases:

    1. I’m sorry.

    2. Please forgive me.

    3. I love you.

    4. Thank you.


    These words may seem simple, but when spoken with intention, they open the door to transformation.


    🎯 Why Practice Ho’oponopono?

    This meditation is a gift for anyone who:

    👉 Carries regret or self-blame

    👉 Feels disconnected from their heart

    👉 Is healing emotional wounds

    👉 Wants to create more inner peace and love


    Through this practice, you can gently see and acknowledge your pain, release old guilt, soften your heart, and invite yourself back into love and mindfulness.

    We will move gently through the 4 phases of Ho’oponopono:

    ✅ Whisper key phrases to yourself

    ✅ Meet your wounds with higher self-awareness and grow wisdom
