The INSEAD Africa Initiative (IAI) podcast series explores Africa and the people who are shaping its economic, societal and environmental progress. We know that business has tremendous potential to be a force for good in Africa aided by responsible leaders. And sound business education has a significant role in developing leaders who will transform business and society. In this series, we hear from thought leaders from the areas of academia, business, policy and community about how Africa’s rich resources can be optimized for inclusive and sustainable growth. Also, about the lessons that the rest of the world can learn from the innovation and entrepreneurship that is flourishing in the continent. Send in your reactions and suggestions about people and topics that you would like to hear about in the context of this diverse and vibrant continent.

The INSEAD Africa Initiative (IAI) aims to:

1) Enhance learning about Africa through creating and disseminating knowledge on the best of thought leadership, teaching and research

2) Enhance our contribution to Africa’s education, business and policy environment by sharing best practices and creating a vibrant community for interaction.
