21/12/25 Elder Audrey Folson “One of the most Prophetic time/seasons of the year”

It's that time of the year with busyness, rushing and making time for last minute changes and shopping.

However, God’s calendar is not bound by our clocks or calendars. In His wisdom, He has appointed prophetic seasons, moments in time when His purposes align with our lives in a unique way. Just as nature moves through seedtime and harvest, winter and spring, our spiritual journey also flows through seasons of preparation, growth, pruning, and fruitfulness.

On today's episode being our last for the year, Elder Audrey speaks about the miraculous gift around the birth of Christ. As listeners and hearers of the word - " Do not be afraid." Let this word comfort you, calm you and equip you not to fear for God will never leave you neither forsake you.

Remember no word from God will ever fail. Be encouraged by this prophetic word and trust that no matter what- God is able to complete it to fulfil it.

Here's wishing you and your family Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

19/12/25 Take Time To Reflect with Prophetess Paula Farlin

Everyone needs a space, a time and a place to come, unwind, reflect, pause and relax.

Whatever your go to place is or wherever it might be, take this time before entering into 2026 to reflect and thank God. In today's episode Prophetess Paula speaks to you about the benefits of reflecting and maybe you might not think that it's necessary but try so not to self-sabotage.

Tip 1:Find some time, even if it’s just 15 minutes before going to bed, sit with a pen and paper and draw a line down the centre of the page, add the heading- Things I can control and things I can’t control. Then write down whatever comes to your mind under each heading.

Tip 2:

Spending some time away from social media also helps when the distractions of the digital world become all consuming.

Sometimes we do need to focus our energy on what truly matters.

18/12/25 Yes, It's All Because of Grace with Elder Angela Morris

What would you do without Grace? Where would we be without Grace? In this episode Elder Angela shares a devotion from Rick Warren's It's All Because of Grace.

It is only by His GRACE that we are able to do what we do. And what we do is as 'Unto The Lord.' All the gifts the talents He bestows comes from Him and so who am I who are you to play it safe, play small, or bury what his given us to transform, create, or multiply.

When you welcome grace, you are not just inviting love and kindness into your life, but you’re also connecting to the God source who supplies and sees that whatever He has begun, is in the capacity to complete it.

So, by tuning into this podcast and network through grace, you open yourself up to a wealth of experiences and feelings. A deeper sense of knowing of fulfilling and trusting God that wherever He leads or whatever He says, it’s as if life’s symphony plays a sweeter tune and that you are in sync too.

From all of us here at Into The Garden, to you and yours. Happy Holidays.

We hope you enjoy this episode.

30/11/25 Elder Audrey Folson - Give Thanks -Because Gratitude Can Change Your Life

Join Elder Audrey today as she teaches us the importance of Giving Thanks. She focuses on the book of Psalms 136.

So, what are you grateful for today? As you tune in: May we be grateful as we sweat the small stuff. “Give thanks in all circumstances.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18a (NIV)Sometimes we want to claim our joy back when circumstances change but alas not really. It's during those crucial moments that when we sit down, we can jot down what we are truly grateful for. For in giving thanks your life can change for your betterment.

That is your secret weapon by saying to God thank you in advance and for being in the moment.

Should this episode touch your heart share it and spread the love as we impart.

Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction. So, give thanks with a grateful and sincere heart. “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” — Aesop This is more than a podcast; it’s a sanctuary in a safe space. Think of it as an escape, for the woman who feels weary, the dreamer who needs a nudge, and the warrior who’s ready to bloom and take over the world.

Tune in to be saturated by His presence, be engulfed hy His love, uplifted by truth, and reminded that you are never alone in your journey.

Thank you for joining us.

We hope you enjoyed this episode.

Step into the garden, dear listener, where your faith is being tested, you being groomed and your courage is being cultivated. In this soul stirring episode, we gather under the promise of Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous; go forth and conquer the land. Be busy about your work. I will be with you.”

I was so taken by this quote that I felt it fitting to share: Dear Girl, you are bigger than your obstacles, brighter than your doubts and capable more than you can imagine.

If anything doesn't make sense today, I hope this quote will. Through this soul stirring reflection and divine encouragement, we explore what it means to rise above fear, face uncertainty, and walk boldly in your purpose.

This is more than a podcast; it’s a sanctuary in a safe space. Think of it as an escape, for the woman who feels weary, the dreamer who needs a nudge, and the warrior who’s ready to bloom and take over the world.

21/11/25 When You Think You Lost on Into The Garden & November Notes

In this episode of Into The Garden & November Notes Day 15, I share this piece ‘When You Think You Lost’, written during a Women’s Day celebration & was reminded of a time when I grew up. Through vivid storytelling and personal reflection, I raise awareness about gender-based violence, childhood vulnerability, and the importance of faith as a guiding light.

This episode is both a call to action and a reminder that even in moments of fear and loss, God’s presence brings comfort, direction, and hope.

Thank you for joining me in this heartfelt journey. May these words remind you that being different is a gift, that your story matters, and that God is your GPS when life feels uncertain. As you go, carry this truth: miracles are possible, transformation is real, and your voice can be the safe haven someone else needs.

Until next time, keep walking and fulfilling your purpose with courage and faith.

Am I My Sister's Keeper? Doreen Rosslee with - Sisters

Sisters in Scripture, Sisters in Spirit

Today ladies, join us for a reflection on sisterhood, both in the Bible and in our everyday lives. Through the stories of Martha and Mary, and Leah and Rachel, we see the complexity, beauty, and divine purpose of sisterly bonds.

Tune in and hear Doreen Rosslee share her own story and love for her sister who passed away early in October. Thank you Doreen for sharing your pearls of wisdom.Martha and Mary show us the balance between doing and being between service and stillness, action and devotion.

  • Leah and Rachel reveal the layers of longing, rivalry, and grace, reminding us that even in tension, God is working out legacy and love.

  • But sisterhood isn’t just ancient, it’s alive in us today. It’s the whispered prayers, the shared laughter, the unspoken understanding. It’s the women who show up, hold space, and speak truth. It’s the family we’re born into and the one we choose.

Sisterhood is special. Sisterhood is strength. Sisterhood is legacy.

16/11/25 On a journey what looks like impossible is Possible - The Impossible Dream with Salomé Jacobs

Today’s soul story is called The Impossible Dream. It's a little snippet of my story and my experience when I ran my clothing and bag line, Bahian Gypsy Bags and Accessories.

It’s a prophetic call to rise, to walk by faith, and to embrace the welcoming timing of your becoming. Remember: You are loved. You are chosen. You are enough.

The bible says there is a time for everything in Ecclesiastes 3:1. For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: I want you to remember the sun always sets in the west and no matter what you have been trying God's in it. Gods got it and if it's in alignment with the Father's will, then He will flourish it. So, stop running east when you can run to Him to help you finish it.

The Impossible Dream is a Soul Story based on Faith, Sisterhood, and Divine Possibility A soul-stirring reflection on rising by faith, embracing divine timing, and saluting the women within.

In a nutshell it's saying be resilient, keep going, press in, don't give up, change something if it's doesn't work and try another but submit your plans to God and do not quit.

14/11/25 Prophetess Paula Farlin - Take Time To Love Again

Have you ever endured the hardest seasons in your life when life itself zaps the living daylights out of you? Your minds so clouded so full that listening becomes numb.

Then make time to tune into our latest episode with Prophetess Paula Farlin sharing - Take Time to Love Again.

There were days I wasn’t motivated to keep going or get out of bed, and the tears wouldn’t stop because of dread... Hubby had a stroke and there were days when I questioned God about heartbreak and suffering, the seeming unfairness of life, and unanswered prayers. Yet, through it all, love never left me. I was so angry at God for allowing this to happen, but His love never got cold. God wasn't the one getting angry and then it dawned on me, He allowed this to happen so I could draw closer to Him. And through this time of uncertainty, I fell in love with him all over again as He allowed others to shower me with love by making time for myself to be alone and appreciate me again.

So, take and make the time to love yourself again. It doesn't have to be a fancy do, just simply a walk somewhere to ease your mind, go on a girl's trip, go to the beach, on a coffee date but know that through all of your challenges you need an escape.

Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup.

We hope you enjoyed this episode.

9/11/25 God Sees You with Prophetess Paula Farlin

In this deeply moving conversation, Prophetess Paula Farlin unpacks the powerful truth found in Exodus 2:23–25, that you are never alone.

My take-away- no matter your circumstances, your challenges, God hears, God remembers and God acknowledges. Always remember in those moments of despair or doubt, God's word still stands. Like Hagar, you too can say "You are my God- The God who sees me." ProphetessPaula reminds us that even in seasons of silence, God is very much attentive, present, and preparing things to work out for your good.

    Scriptures for further reference:

Job 34:21 says, “For God’s eyes are on the ways of a man, and He sees his every step.”Genesis 16:13 - She gave this name to the LORD who spoke to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.”

Proverbs 15:3 says, “The eyes of the LORD are in every place, observing the evil and the good.”

I am reminded even myself that God knows every chapter of my story and will redeem my story for His glory. We hope you enjoy this episode.

7/11/25 Thanking God in Advance with Elder Angela Morris

Do you believe in the Power of Thanking God in advance? I'm sure you do. But how can we thank God when bills are piling up, our minds are all over the place? That right there, is the right space and place to start, when your head space is clouded and you have nowhere but to turn to God.

Even that could be orchestrated by Him, so you can depend more on Him. So, let’s begin thanking God with good intentions, belief, expectation and faith before He settles whatever your request is.

Elder Angela Morris joins us with a stirring message drawn from Jonah’s darkest moment, not as a tale of despair, but as a blueprint for putting your faith into action. In the depths of uncertainty, Jonah models three ways to thank God ahead of time and so can you.

Tune into this episode if you are facing any difficulties.

2/11/25 Overcome Fear by Standing Up to God with Elder Angela Morris

If you are going through a storm and thinking that you are sinking, hold on help is coming. God is not distant nor faraway, He is the 'I AM.' Our ever-present Help when we are in the storm.

Elder Angela Morris takes the mic with a message that pierces through fear and awakens faith. Drawing from the wisdom of Rick Warren, she invites us to confront the shadows that hold us back, not by creeping into your shell or allowing fear to take hold, but by standing up to God in surrender, trust, prayer, fast and boldness.

    Whatever you do: Don’t doubt.
So many a time, we take risks on things that sometimes don't work out and forget to take a risk in faith because you don’t need great faith to make it through the storm. You just need faith in the right person, faith in God not man.

Tune in for a moment of peace, grace, mercy and testimony.

Soul Story Woman What's Your Issue? with Salomé Jacobs

In this stirring soul story, we journey into the intertwined lives of two unnamed women. One mature, one young whose suffering and healing are divinely timed and spiritually symbolic. Drawn from Matthew 9:20–22, Mark 5:25–34, and Luke 8:43–48, Woman What’s Your Issue? invites us to reflect on the bleeding woman and Jairus’s twelve-year-old daughter, whose stories form a sacred “healing sandwich” of faith, desperation, and divine intervention.

The bleeding woman often identified as Veronica pressed through the crowd after twelve long years of isolation, shame, and physical torment. Her touch of Jesus’ garment wasn’t just a reach for healing, it was a declaration of belief, a challenge to stigma, and a cry for restoration.

Jairus’s daughter, also twelve, lay dying while Veronica bled. One was young and fading, the other older and fighting. Yet both were touched by Jesus, one through a garment, the other through a word: “Talitha cumi” little girl, arise.

Whether your issue is physical, emotional, relational, or spiritual, this is your invitation to press in, to rise up, and to believe again.

So, Woman what’s your issue? And are you ready to be touched, healed, and revived?

We hope that you enjoy this episode.

It’s a reminder that even in the toughest seasons of our lives, thanksgiving, prayer and worship can rise like incense, bringing peace, strength, and divine closeness.“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV)We hope that you enjoy this episode.

From soul writing to spiritual healing to arts and crafts.

This episode is for anyone who’s ever felt disconnected from their purpose, unsure of their gifts, or afraid to share what’s buried deep within. Through raw reflection and poetic rhythm, I am here to remind you that God doesn’t just give talent He waits for the moment we’re ready to unwrap it.

We hope that you enjoy this episode.

God bless you and Rise Up!
