Working from home has been implemented even before the pandemic era. However, those days it wasn't a popular option for many employers as well as employees. Same applies to online learning for students. It wasn't until the pandemic came where working from home and online classes were considered inevitable due to the full on lockdown in 2020.

Now in 2022, where PKP(s) and lockdowns is no longer around and we are on the verge of having Covid-19 as an endemic, after they experienced working from home and having classes online, many begin to realize there are benefits of working outside of the office.
