On this auspicious occasion of our 10th episode, we FINALLY have a guest on the podcast per popular demand (Feez wrote this part because her beef with Ore runs deep). We have the one, the only, Chef Debs on the episode and it is a fantastic time!
Chef Debs takes us through her journey from studying political science to becoming a chef with a hefty CV. She lets us in on the ups and very somehow downs of the culinary industry and talks about some of her experiences working in restaurants and as a private chef. She answers the make-or-break question of the ideal time to boil an egg and one person did not like her response. She gives us some cooking tips in hopes that we would finally get into the kitchen.
Oye puts somebody’s mummy in her place, Feez needs to learn choose the option of “flight” when it comes to “fight or flight” and Chef Debs owes every listener of this episode some sazon.
We end the episode on the unanimous agreement that having a boyfriend can indeed be embarrassing.

On this episode, your favourite hosts are back again, unintentionally being therapists, but this time to each other. We offer our therapy services as a side gig, because we are naturals and country hard.
We, of course, talk about the past week filled with cramps, anger and so much work. We discuss our views on the notorious phenomena of self-love, trauma, flaws and healing. Feez preaches and speaks positivity and Oye lends her voice on holding yourself accountable with love.
We do some introspection and say aloud the things that we currently love about ourselves, and the acts of self-love that we do. We also commit to keeping proof of growth as we wrap up the episode.
We hope you enjoy this one!

On this episode, we discuss the horrors of dating in Lagos.
Much to Feez's surprise and thanks to Oye's evil scheming, we dive into the chaos that is Feez's dating life. We speak about the things that contribute to the mess that dating has become.
The true star of the show, Oreoluwa, has a cameo and she provides practical insights on the nothingness that is in the streets of Lagos.
We talk trials and tribulations here and there, as usual, and particularly moan about the price of fuel. We tease something exciting coming from our friend, Moradeke of @shopmora.co and we wrap up the episode warning listeners not to take advice from us, the bitter angry feminists.
We hope you enjoy this one!

On this episode, we do a recap of our best friend anniversary week; from our exciting experience at Piggyvest’s OpenHouse event to our lunch-gone-wrong, which eventually turned into a perfect dinner.
We also get real about the little (and sometimes big) joys of life that keep us sane in this continuously stressful world, especially here in Nigeria. And because we are kind, we share our daily essentials and non-negotiables like family, music, food and of course, money.
This is not a professional toolkit, but we hope it resonates with you and that it makes you feel seen.
Enjoy!

On this episode, we celebrate FIVE WHOLE YEARS of best friendship!
We discuss the events of the past week; attending Adekunle Gold's concert, being down in the dumps and the horror of periods. We also touch on the embarrassment that sometimes comes with asking for help.
We play a game of 'how well do you know your bff?" and it is complete chaos, filled laughter. Here's to friendship; then, now and forever more!
Enjoy!

On this episode, we talk about intentionally building and sustaining friendships and a community, especially considering the challenges of schedules, locations, and emotional capacities. We explore all angles and discuss how connection looks different for everyone.
We also touch on how community is sometimes just about showing up even when it is inconvenient, and about growing in friendships. We talk about the awkwardness of shooting friendship shots and ways to make it more organic.
Oye makes her mark as a thought leader, while Feez strongly considers a career in music.
