New year, new us (for real, for real).

We're backkkkk! Happy new year and greetings of all the seasons!

On this episode, we spend the whole time recapping our December which turned out to be dettier than we had thought. We talk about raves, concerts, house parties and other events that we attended, with our bodies constantly reminding us how close we are to 30.

We talk about all the peace and quiet we enjoyed on our travels to Offa and Ibadan and how returning to Lagos has been a rude shock. In considering our new year resolutions, we realised that we apparently do not dream big enough, so we made some resolutions for you to hold us to.

Feez continues to face constant trials and tribulations and Oye takes her rightful place as "Queen of Decembizzy 2025".

Not to toot our own horns, but this might be the most fun episode that we have ever done and we hope you have even more fun listening.

Enjoy!

Nigerian weddings are not for the weak!

Welcome to the 15th and final episode of the year!

On this episode, we give you a “life was lifing” special, both in good and bad ways. We kick things off with our usual weekly recap and since Lagos did not rest this week, neither did we.

We talk about potholes (Lekki–Epe will hear from us one day), rave opps, and a visit from Feez’s parents. We also talk about airport pick-ups “anything for the boys?” and a Carol service that turned chaotic very quickly.

We read and responded to the messages we received, bade you gorgeous people farewell for the year, and apologised about the fan sound that may be here to stay for a while.

Feez requests weightloss tips that don't require dieting or working out and Oye talks so gleefully about her wedding of the year.

As always, we had the best time chatting and laughing through it all, and we hope you enjoy listening just as much.

We love you and see you next year.

Thanksgiving, but in December!

Welcome back and you are welcome for having us!!

On this episode, as always, we do a recap of the past week. We rant about how crazy work has been and the prices of shortlet apartments have us crashing out about the state of the economy. AGAIN!

We discuss spotify wrappeds and give shoutouts to the lovely people who had us in theirs. We also give tips to the Alpha male final boss roaming the streets of Lagos.

We bring to you the fantastic news of our plans for next episode to answer questions you, our amazing audience, send to us. To send your questions or comments, just send a DM to any of our social media handles. For anonymity, you can send here and add the hashtag #IGTAP.

Oye nearly cries on the episode and is crowned our new resident video editor. Feez keeps her promise of catching Oye by surprise and nearly loses her marbles trying to remember the word "reprimand".

We truly hope you enjoy this episode!

IGTAP on YouTube, finally!!!

Welcome, we know you have been expecting us!

On this episode, we tried out recording a video to supplement the audio and we loved it (even though editing and uploading nearly took our lives)!

As usual, we did a recap of the past week, highlighting Feez's birthday celebration, mental health check ups and market runs.

We discuss love languages for the hundredth time and Feez quizzes Oye on her love languages for the thousandth time. We also discuss trending issues; concert sleep-offs and December oblee (or obleen't).

Oye bullies Feez on her many accents and Feez bullies Oye into saying nice things about her.

We have a fantastic time as always and we hope you do too!

Happy Feezday!

Your faves are back again!

On this episode of Feez's 27th birthday which Oye argues is her 28th year, we recap our week as usual, trying (and maybe failing) to retain some of the zen from last week's episode. We talk about hospital visits (as usual), car (and cab) troubles and partying Ijebu-style. Oye puts Feez on the hot seat with some birthday related questions and we have an overall jolly good time!

Oye reviews a k-drama and Feez crashes out over John the mechanic.

We hope that you enjoy this episode and go on to wish Feez, the best person you know, a happy birthday (Feez may or may not have added this part).

Maintaining our vacation zen.

On this episode, we are back, back, back again with unprecedented levels of vacation zen. We talk about the past week: hospital visits, airport pickups and all.

We talk about our life-changing visit to IITA, Ibadan, where we acquired everlasting zen to face the horrors of Lagos. We discuss the serenity of the resort, the food, and the staff. We recap past group trips and eagerly look forward to future trips.

We (zenly) discuss the rudeness of some service providers, the dangers of housing strangers and the eventful train ride. Ultimately, we gathered that the life we live in Lagos is just one kain.

Feez looks forward to devouring her sazon-seasoned turkey schew and Oye continues to scheme her return to IITA.

We hope that all the zen we exude on this episode carries you through the week!

Working from the ground up with Chef Debs.

On this auspicious occasion of our 10th episode, we FINALLY have a guest on the podcast per popular demand (Feez wrote this part because her beef with Ore runs deep). We have the one, the only, Chef Debs on the episode and it is a fantastic time!

Chef Debs takes us through her journey from studying political science to becoming a chef with a hefty CV. She lets us in on the ups and very somehow downs of the culinary industry and talks about some of her experiences working in restaurants and as a private chef. She answers the make-or-break question of the ideal time to boil an egg and one person did not like her response. She gives us some cooking tips in hopes that we would finally get into the kitchen.

Oye puts somebody’s mummy in her place, Feez needs to learn choose the option of “flight” when it comes to “fight or flight” and Chef Debs owes every listener of this episode some sazon.

We end the episode on the unanimous agreement that having a boyfriend can indeed be embarrassing.

Talking it out because therapy is expensive.

On this episode, your favourite hosts are back again, unintentionally being therapists, but this time to each other. We offer our therapy services as a side gig, because we are naturals and country hard.

We, of course, talk about the past week filled with cramps, anger and so much work. We discuss our views on the notorious phenomena of self-love, trauma, flaws and healing. Feez preaches and speaks positivity and Oye lends her voice on holding yourself accountable with love.

We do some introspection and say aloud the things that we currently love about ourselves, and the acts of self-love that we do. We also commit to keeping proof of growth as we wrap up the episode.

We hope you enjoy this one!

Dating in the loveless city of Lagos.

On this episode, we discuss the horrors of dating in Lagos.

Much to Feez's surprise and thanks to Oye's evil scheming, we dive into the chaos that is Feez's dating life. We speak about the things that contribute to the mess that dating has become.

The true star of the show, Oreoluwa, has a cameo and she provides practical insights on the nothingness that is in the streets of Lagos.

We talk trials and tribulations here and there, as usual, and particularly moan about the price of fuel. We tease something exciting coming from our friend, Moradeke of @shopmora.co and we wrap up the episode warning listeners not to take advice from us, the bitter angry feminists.

We hope you enjoy this one!

Staying sane is a continuous effort.

On this episode, we do a recap of our best friend anniversary week; from our exciting experience at Piggyvest’s OpenHouse event to our lunch-gone-wrong, which eventually turned into a perfect dinner.

We also get real about the little (and sometimes big) joys of life that keep us sane in this continuously stressful world, especially here in Nigeria. And because we are kind, we share our daily essentials and non-negotiables like family, music, food and of course, money.

This is not a professional toolkit, but we hope it resonates with you and that it makes you feel seen.

Enjoy!

The fifth anniversary!

On this episode, we celebrate FIVE WHOLE YEARS of best friendship!

We discuss the events of the past week; attending Adekunle Gold's concert, being down in the dumps and the horror of periods. We also touch on the embarrassment that sometimes comes with asking for help.

We play a game of 'how well do you know your bff?" and it is complete chaos, filled laughter. Here's to friendship; then, now and forever more!

Enjoy!

Building community in your 20s.

On this episode, we talk about intentionally building and sustaining friendships and a community, especially considering the challenges of schedules, locations, and emotional capacities. We explore all angles and discuss how connection looks different for everyone.

We also touch on how community is sometimes just about showing up even when it is inconvenient, and about growing in friendships. We talk about the awkwardness of shooting friendship shots and ways to make it more organic.

Oye makes her mark as a thought leader, while Feez strongly considers a career in music.
